00:32The Met Office says predominantly hot and sunny
00:35with a chance of isolated showers.
00:37So you will definitely need your sunscreen,
00:40which you will need to reapply every two hours.
00:44And of course, you can't forget your bottled water.
00:48Now, daytime temperatures will reach up to 32 degrees in Trinidad and 31 in Tobago.

00:59and the heat returns on Monday with mostly hot and hazy conditions
