Mali: HRW accuses Russian paramilitaries of killing 8 civilians

Russian paramilitaries from Africa Corps, which is supporting Mali in its fight against insurgents, killed eight civilians, including three children, in June airstrikes, Human Rights Watch (HRW) said in a report Friday.
