00:14In an open letter revealed on Monday, the three confederations said trust had been broken
00:19through deception and that no individual should place himself above the collective that entrusted
00:25him with authority.
00:27The letter was co-signed by UEFA President Alexander Kafirin, the Asian Football Confederation
00:34President Salman bin Ibrahim Al-Khalifa, and the CONCACAF President Victor Montagiliani.
00:41It said football belongs to the player, fans, clubs, and member associations, not to anyone,
00:47person, or institution.
