00:00so the pole was in me from from here to here um kind of about there and up on the
00:06plateau
00:07we were able to release this handle to take it off so it was out of the way um but
00:13it was definitely
00:15a uh uh it was it was definitely a a nuisance to be hiking out with all that
00:23so when it just described to me what it did
00:25so went in here came out down here um and it went through my lap muscle there
00:40you know search and rescue coming to help you is free the flight's not um and so i that was
00:47obviously
00:48a a factor in in me deciding to self-rescue but um the fact that i had two two experienced
00:57great friends with me um and we had the ability to contact search and rescue if something went wrong
01:03made that a lot more of an easy decision
