In today’s vlog, I visited Al Sajjad Hi Tea at Do Darya Karachi with my family to explore the complete buffet, food variety, seaside environment, seating arrangement, and overall dining experience at one of Karachi’s popular sea-view restaurants.
Al Sajjad Restaurant is located at Beach Avenue, Do Darya, DHA Phase 8, Karachi.
In this video, I have tried to show the complete Al Sajjad Do Darya hi-tea experience. You will see our journey, the entrance, outdoor seating area, buffet counters, live barbecue station, sea view, food plates, dessert selection, and our honest discussion after trying the dishes.
The Al Sajjad Hi Tea Buffet offers starters, barbecue, Pakistani dishes, Chinese food, pasta, salads, desserts, sauces, and drinks.
The starters include chicken strips, crispy wings, fish bites, samosas, assorted pakoray, vegetable rolls, mini burgers, Chicken Dhaka, and pani puri.
For barbecue lovers, the buffet includes reshmi kabab and chicken boti. In the vlog, you can see the live grilling area where the barbecue is prepared over hot coals.
The soup and salad section includes chicken corn soup or hot and sour soup, along with chana chaat, dahi phulki, macaroni salad, apple cabbage salad, red bean salad, and fresh green salad.
The main course includes Mexican chicken, chicken shashlik, chicken chow mein, jalapeño pasta, fried rice, mini sandwiches, aloo tarkari, suji halwa, puri paratha, and shami kabab.
During our visit, we tried several items from the buffet and showed our plates in detail. You can see the fried chicken snacks, fish bites, chow mein, pasta, puri, aloo tarkari, shami kabab, pastries, jelly, and other items we selected. We also shared our reactions while eating so viewers can understand the taste, variety, and overall experience before visiting.
The available sauces include cocktail sauce, honey mustard, chilli garlic sauce, tamarind sauce, ketchup, and raita. These can be paired with the chicken strips, wings, fish bites, rolls, pakoray, barbecue items, and other savory dishes.
For dessert, the buffet includes caramel pastry, strawberry pastry, cocktail pastry, milky pastry, red velvet pastry, lemon tart, fruit trifle, a chocolate fountain, marshmallows, and jelly.
In the video, you can see our dessert plate with pastries, jelly, and a creamy dessert. Tea and lemonade are also included in the hi-tea menu.
The Al Sajjad Hi Tea Buffet is currently offered every Saturday and Sunday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The listed price is Rs. 1,799 plus tax for adults and Rs. 999 plus tax for children.
