Craving a burst of fresh flavors this Ramadan? Try this Honey BBQ Chicken Salad – a perfect blend of sweetness, spice, and crunch. Made with Shangrila’s premium sauces, this salad is the ideal choice for light, refreshing and flavorful Iftar treat.

Ingredients:
Chicken Strips Fried/Grilled (as per your liking) : 1 cup
Oil: 2 tablespoons
Shangrila BBQ Sauce: ½ cup
Shangrila Honey Mustard: 1 tablespoon
Shangrila Apple Cider Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
Lettuce: ½ cup
Tomatoes: ½ cup
Sliced cucumbers: ¼ cup
Shangrila Tomato Ketchup: 1 teaspoon
Walnuts: ¼ cup

Directions:
Take a mixing bowl and add Shangrila BBQ sauce, Shangrila Honey Mustard sauce, Shangrila Apple Cider Vinegar and whisk all the sauces together.
To add texture to the salad, fry/grill the chicken strips into a pre-heated pan with oil.
Once the strips turn brown, toss them into the sauces mixture made earlier.
To amp up the flavor, add Shangrila Tomato Ketchup and finally lettuce and toss them up
Serve out the salad in a tray.
