Andy Burnham says he has invited the leaders of the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats to work with him on the issue of social care. 00:07And yes, I have been here before, and yes, I do have some of the scars of that,
00:14but it's the right thing to do.
00:17I stood on the steps of Downing Street just a few days ago,
