00:00You know, kind of looking at Andrew Friedman's track record here,
00:04and I think that this has kind of been, right, and sometimes it works, sometimes it kind of
00:08doesn't, but I really do feel a lot of times like they kind of view each trade kind of like
00:12as its
00:13own thing, right, and that they want to win each trade. And I think, you know, part of my criticism
00:18sometimes in the past has been when you view things like that, now I do think it's a long-term
00:24thing. Obviously, it works out, right? They haven't kind of overspent on stuff, but one of the
00:31weaknesses of this is that there are times you become like so dependent on the conditions of the
00:38market. You're letting the market dictate to you what you're going to do as opposed to you dictating
00:43what, you know, your fate, so to speak. And so there have been years when, you know, I felt like,
00:48okay, well, they're like an arm or two short, and they don't go out and get it because the price
00:53is
00:53too high, right? Now, I think now that they've won, you know, three World Series, I guess, in this run
00:58here, you can bet that it's kind of justified, I think, that that type of thing. But, you know,
01:04what I do like about it in this particular situation is I think that the only way that they
01:08get Scoobo, and again, this is not anything different than the way they've operated in the
01:12past. I don't think they get him unless the price kind of comes down to the point where it's like
01:16just an absolute no-brainer type thing.
