00:27And I think the Ombudsman's Office will now be one of the vanguards of the budget.

00:36Pero sabi ni Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Rimulia,

00:38hindi lang sa pagbalangkas ng budget kundi hanggang implementasyon nito ang babantayan nila.
