SAN FRANCISCO DE MACORÍS.– Un adulto mayor acudió ante las autoridades para denunciar que un sobrino suyo retiene de manera irregular el dinero proveniente de la venta de un cerdo que le pertenecía a un hermano que se encuentra quebrantado de salud.

Según relató el denunciante, su hermano —quien lleva varios días hospitalizado— le encomendó la venta del animal para poder cubrir ciertos gastos. Sin embargo, tras concretarse la transacción y ser vendido el cerdo por una suma de RD$ 12,600, el comprador entregó la suma al sobrino.

"Ese dinero no era para dárselo a él, era para darmelo a mí para entregárselo a mi hermano que está ingresado en el hospital," manifestó el afectado, expresando su indignación por la actuación de su familiar.

El anciano explicó que acudió a interponer la denuncia por recomendación de una fiscal, con el objetivo de que las autoridades intervengan, detengan a su pariente y este haga entrega formal del dinero correspondiente a la venta.
