00:21work your glutes like no other. Lie on your side and prop yourself up on your elbow with
00:25it directly under your shoulder. Bend both knees at a 45 degree angle, resting your other
00:30hand on your hip. Keeping your feet together and hips lifted, raise your right knee as high
00:36as you can without your heels coming apart. Pause, then return to the starting position.
00:41To add to your oblique workout, touch your hip to the floor between each time you raise your
00:46top knee. Adding this dip increases the work your obliques and hips have to do.
