00:00I'm a full-time travel editor and this has to be the single most exciting travel experience
00:06of my life. Dog sledding on a glacier in Alaska on a day that feels like 30 degrees celsius.
00:17The adventure starts at Jinnu airport where you board a helicopter that soars over rugged
00:24mountains before landing on Mendel Hall Glacier, home to a dog camp with around 300 Kali Huskies.
00:33After a quick briefing, it's time to climb above the sled. You can sit back and enjoy the ride or
00:40stand behind the masha as a team of powerful Alaskan Huskies races across the glacier through
00:48one of the most surreal landscapes you'll ever see. Along the way, there are stops where you can meet
00:55and pat the dogs. And the best part, at the end of the ride, you get to cuddle husky puppies
01:02too.
01:03What a dream trip!
