Cedar Vets in Alton has launched a new 24-hour service after seven years of outsourcing out of hours work.

00:01My name's Charlie, vet and owner of Cedar Veterinary Group, an independent practice based in the heart of our community

00:09for over a hundred years.

00:11Really excited to announce that we're taking back our own emergency service on the 1st of June this year.

00:18The level of care that we offer to our clients and their pets and the accessibility of that care has

00:25always been really important to us.

00:27So bringing that service back in-house allows us just to make sure that we can offer that care day

00:34or night, whether a client or non-client.
