00:10released an updated bill text which includes some of the ethics of the ethics provisions that you
00:15just mentioned and so that seems to hopefully get people over a roadblock and then beyond that
00:21if the senate passes this in a vote probably sometime next week then it's even possible that
00:27this is going to be passed before the august recess which would be incredible and the reason why this
00:32is so important is because this really finally paves the way for the u.s. having a durable
00:38statutory framework for for blockchain for crypto for digital assets and would really cement the
00:46u.s. role in being the leader of capital markets globally
