00:067s and 8s will make you frown, but an ace or deuce will turn it upside down on Kart Sharks.
00:20And here is the star of Kart Sharks, Alex Perris.
00:25Thank you very much everybody, what a kind of answer. Thank you very much.
00:30Thank you Mr. Herald and hello everybody, welcome to another episode of Kart Sharks,
00:35a game of decisions where you can win a fortune on a turn of a single card.
00:38We resumed regular gameplay after you saw the last episode where Gary Newkirk won against Jerome Latimer in that epic
00:47match.
00:48And we already dealt out brand new decks of cards, and when I mean brand new, I mean brand new
00:54cards.
00:54These are the actual Kart Sharks designed.
00:57Well they're not the actual genuine deck, but thanks to Corey Lawrence, as you all know from a previous video
01:03I did,
01:04I got these from MakePlayingCards.com, and they're about the same size of the Bicycle Deck playing cards, which I
01:11still have.
01:12So I'll be using these from now on, so I want to give a big thank you to Corey for
01:16helping me get these cards.
01:21And with all that said, let's resume regular gameplay with our two Kart Sharks.
01:27It's our champion Justin Ray and challenger Mark Leota. Welcome guys.
01:32What's up Alex?
01:34Pleasure to be here.
01:36Glad to have you both back here. We have our returning champion Justin Ray with $7,750.
01:43And this is the second deck.
01:46Quite proud of that actually. It was a fluke that I even got a good luck of that.
01:52So I'm happy to have that much, and I'm hoping to go back and hopefully break the bank this time
01:59around.
01:59Come out with about $40,000.
02:01Well no one's cracked the $40,000 jackpot yet.
02:04And I should remind you, if you win four more games, including this one, you won a brand new car.
02:10And this is one of my favorite cars. It's a Chevrolet Camaro LT1 worth over $25,000.
02:18I'm a Camaro buff. That would look nice out in my driveway.
02:22It would look nice in my driveway too. Those are one of my favorite Chevy cars of all time.
02:28Nice.
02:29See, you already know who Justin is. He works at a fast food restaurant, and he is from where again?
02:36A small town in Tennessee called Brockytop.
02:39Brockytop, Tennessee.
02:42And from Canada, we have Mark Liotta.
02:46Hello.
02:47Hello there. Mark hasn't been on my channel since the seven-year anniversary special.
02:53Tell us a little bit about yourself, Mark.
02:56Okay, well, I'm 29, and I collect retro video games.
03:03I love to hear that. I like retro video games too. Those were the good games.
03:08We still got good games, but most of the games are just flops.
03:13Alright, you both cut the cards?
03:16Yes.
03:18Alright, I'll just say the object of the game is make your way across the board, predicting where these cards
03:24is higher or lower than the one that precedes it.
03:27And the first question always goes to the champion. In that case, this will be Justin.
03:31So, here is your first question.
03:34We asked 116-year-old girls, did your father tell you to change clothes because it's too revealing?
03:42How many of these 16-year-old girls say yes?
03:46Yes, their father told them to change clothes because it's too revealing.
03:56Nowadays, I don't think parents care what their kids look like anymore.
04:01You see it more and more out in society, so I'm going to say that's a pretty low number.
04:09I'm going to say 30.
04:11You say 30 out of 116-year-old girls said that their father told them to change clothes because it's
04:17too revealing.
04:18Why do you think that's higher or lower than 30?
04:25Well, I'll tell you what.
04:27These 16-year-olds kind of dress ridiculous some of the time.
04:31I know.
04:33I'll say a little bit higher.
04:35You say a little bit higher.
04:38The actual number of 16-year-old girls said that their father told them to change clothes because it's too
04:43revealing is...
04:4531 by 1!
04:48Wow.
04:51Impressive, Mark.
04:53All right, Mark.
04:55Your first card is a jack.
04:58Okay.
04:59I'll go lower.
05:01Lower than a jack?
05:03No.
05:06So you go back to your base card, and Justin, you get a free shot, which is the king.
05:13Lower on that king.
05:14Lower than the king, a 10.
05:21I have a pretty good base card, so if I miss it, what the heck.
05:25Let's go lower.
05:26Lower than a 10, a 9.
05:29Freeze.
05:29Freeze.
05:30All right.
05:30He's going to freeze on the 9.
05:32That becomes his new base card, and Mark, the next question will go to you.
05:37Okay.
05:38We asked 100 men who live in Dallas, Texas, have you ever been to a rodeo?
05:44How many of these men said yes, they've been to a rodeo?
05:48Well, you know what they say, don't mess with Texas.
05:53And when you're out west, then you're definitely going to have stuff like that.
06:00I'll say 72.
06:0372 out of 100 men in Dallas, Texas, say they've been to a rodeo.
06:08Justin, do you think that's higher or lower than 72?
06:17Well, that's where Texas has most of its mainstream income from, probably, so I'm going to go a little bit
06:25higher on that.
06:27If something tells me, it's a gut feeling.
06:29I mean, go figure a little bit.
06:34All right.
06:34You say higher.
06:37The actual number of men who live in Dallas, Texas, said they've been to a rodeo is 87.
06:43It is higher.
06:47All right, Justin, you have the 9.
06:49You want to keep that 9 or change it?
06:51Oh, change that, please.
06:53All right.
06:54The 9 becomes a 3.
06:57Higher.
06:58Higher than a 3, a 7.
07:01Hmm.
07:03Let's call it lower.
07:05For the first game and 500 hours?
07:07No.
07:10Almost had it there.
07:12You go back to your base card, which is a 3, and, Mark, you have a free shot at the
07:17jack.
07:18All right, let's try lower again.
07:20Lower than a jack, a 4.
07:23That's better.
07:24Higher.
07:25Higher than a 4, a 7.
07:28Green.
07:29Okay, he's going to freeze on that 7,
07:31which becomes his new base card.
07:34And, Justin, you get this next question.
07:38All right.
07:39We asked 100 French kids,
07:42did you have a glass of wine with their dinner for one night?
07:45How many of these French kids said yes?
07:52Uh, well, I don't know what the drinking age is over in France, but, uh, I'd have to say probably
08:03about 25.
08:0525 of the 100 French kids say they had a glass of wine with their dinner for one night.
08:10Mark, do you think that's higher or lower than 25?
08:14I'll say a little bit higher.
08:16You say a little bit higher.
08:18The actual number of French kids said they had a glass of wine with their dinner for a night is?
08:2452.
08:25It is higher.
08:26Okay.
08:29I don't even know what the drinking age is in France.
08:33All right, Mark, you have a 7.
08:34You want to change it or keep it?
08:37Change it.
08:38Okay, the 7 becomes an 8.
08:43Not a good change.
08:47Lower than an 8.
08:49A 2.
08:51For the first game at $500, a jack.
08:55First game at $500.
09:00Well, it's not over yet.
09:02That is correct.
09:03It is not over yet.
09:04He just needs to win one more game,
09:06and then he'll go to the money cards,
09:08and we're going to take a commercial break for our second game of Card Sharks.
09:12We'll be right back after these messages.
09:20Back with our second game.
09:22Mark has already won the first game in $500.
09:24We've dealt a brand new deck of cards,
09:25and Mark, the first question of game two will go to you.
09:29All righty.
09:31We asked 100 Merry Men.
09:34Would you be angry at your wife if she went skinny-dimping in mixed company?
09:39How many of these Merry Men said yes,
09:41they would be angry at their wife for skinny-dimping in mixed company?
09:45Okay.
09:47I can imagine that's probably not going over.
09:52No.
09:54Something like that, I imagine, would probably be a high number.
09:58I'll go for four.
10:01What was that you cut off?
10:0384.
10:0484 out of 100 Merry Men said they would be angry at your wife or skinny-dimping in mixed company.
10:09Justin, do you think that's higher or lower than 84?
10:16If it were me, personally, I'd be mad as hell.
10:21And I agree with Mark there, but in the interest of the question,
10:27I'm going to have to probably go a little bit lower.
10:30He may even have it right on the money.
10:32I don't know yet, but I'd have to say a little bit lower.
10:35I don't see it being much higher.
10:38You'd say a little bit lower.
10:39Heck, I would be mad if I had a wife and went skinny-dipping with somebody else.
10:44Right.
10:45The Outro Number of Merry Men said they would be angry at the wife if she went skinny-dipping
10:50with somebody else, or in this case, mixed company, is 61.
10:54It is lower.
10:56Okay.
10:57Cool.
11:01Justin, your first card is a seven.
11:03Oh, change that seven.
11:05All right.
11:05The seven becomes an ace.
11:08Lower.
11:09Lower than the ace of seven.
11:13You're going to wait for them sevens today.
11:15Freeze.
11:16No, you can't.
11:17You're going to freeze on that seven.
11:18That becomes your new base card.
11:20And, Justin, this next question will go to you.
11:23All right.
11:24We asked 100 married women.
11:27Did you suggest marriage before your husband did?
11:30How many of these married women said yes.
11:32They suggested marriage just before their husband did.
11:38Well, it's not a very common occurrence in society anymore that the woman asks first.
11:47So, I'm going to say that's a low number, probably around 35, maybe.
11:55At least, here in Tennessee, it's not, so.
11:5935 of the 100 married women said they suggested marriage before their husband did.
12:03Mark, do you think that's higher or lower than 35?
12:08I'd say it's a little bit higher.
12:10You say it's a little bit higher.
12:13Well, I will tell you that the actual member of married women said they suggested marriage before their husband did
12:18is...
12:1918.
12:20That's not higher.
12:21It's lower.
12:23Wow.
12:24I didn't expect it to be that low.
12:26Wow.
12:26Yeah, it's always the guys doing marriage proposals nowadays.
12:31So, Justin, you have a 7.
12:32Do you want to change it or keep that 7?
12:35Oh, you don't even have to ask, Alex.
12:37Change that 7.
12:38I get paid for saying this, so I still have to ask either way.
12:42Oh, it's another 8.
12:49That's a free shot.
12:51Let's go lower.
12:52With the odds.
12:53Lower than an 8, a 3.
12:55Yeah.
12:57All right.
12:58Higher.
12:58Higher than a 3, a 4.
13:02Higher.
13:03For a tie game, higher.
13:04The Jazz, we have us going to a tie game.
13:08Yes.
13:09So, you both have $500, and in a tiebreaker game,
13:13only three cards will be dealt out.
13:15There they are.
13:16And, Mark, you will get the first game of a tiebreaker match.
13:20All right.
13:21We asked 100 married women.
13:24When was the last time your husband complimented you
13:27when he saw you naked?
13:30When was the last time their husband complimented them
13:34when they saw them naked?
13:38Oh, boy.
13:41I'll say 62.
13:4362, you say.
13:46Justin, do you think that's higher or lower than 62?
13:52Well, it don't matter how many years you're married.
13:55If you still want to stay married,
13:57you better give her a compliment.
13:59So, I'm going to say that's a little bit higher.
14:01You say a little bit higher.
14:04And the actual answer is...
14:0768 is higher.
14:09Not so much, but it is awesome.
14:13All right.
14:13All right, Justin.
14:14Your first card is a six.
14:17Change it.
14:18All right.
14:18Let's see what happens.
14:19It's an ace.
14:21Yes.
14:22Lower.
14:22Lower than the ace of 10.
14:31Lower.
14:32To continue a championship, lower of five.
14:35You continue to continue a championship.
14:38Yes.
14:38Yes.
14:38Yes.
14:39Yes.
14:39I couldn't even change.
14:40I still didn't get to play my card.
14:42Oh, well.
14:43No.
14:44And with that $1,000,
14:46you now have a total of $8,750.
14:50Mark, tough luck for you,
14:52but we got some nice parting gifts for you backstage
14:54and hope to see you again on a future episode.
14:57And, Justin, you ready to win $40,000?
15:00Let's get it done this time.
15:03We're going to take a commercial break for us
15:04and see if Justin can become the first person to do it.
15:14Now we're back with our champion, Justin Ray,
15:17who has $8,750 in his pocket,
15:19and he's ready to crack the board for $40,000.
15:22The money cards, that is.
15:24You cut the cards?
15:26I'm ready.
15:27Well, we already dealt out the cards.
15:29We're going to start in the bottom level of $200,
15:30three cards on the bottom line.
15:32Bet that as you will.
15:33You move up to the second level,
15:34we'll give you another $900 more and three more cards.
15:37Minimum bet's $50 until you get to the final card,
15:40the big bet,
15:40where you must bet at least half of your dollars,
15:42and you don't lose on a double,
15:44just carry your bet over.
15:45Any questions?
15:47No, Alex.
15:48I'm ready to go.
15:49Then here's $200.
15:51Cool.
15:52Let's see if you can become the first person
15:54to crack the $40,000 jackpot.
15:55You start off with a two.
15:58All of it higher.
16:00Of course.
16:01All of it higher than a two,
16:02it's a ten.
16:03You have $400 in a ten,
16:04and you can change it if you don't like it.
16:10All right.
16:10Let's burn a change,
16:12and let's change that one.
16:14All right.
16:15The ten becomes a five.
16:16A little better.
16:20Let's go $200 higher, please.
16:31Half the money.
16:32$200 higher than a five?
16:33No, it's a four.
16:35We're down to $200 and a four.
16:38Okay.
16:39I can work with that.
16:40Let's go all of it higher.
16:42All of it higher than a four?
16:43Surely, goodness,
16:44it won't be.
16:44Oh, it's a three.
16:46Oh.
16:48You busted on that level,
16:50but you're not out of it yet.
16:51We're going to move up a great card,
16:53a three,
16:53give you an extra $900.
16:56You have $900 and a three.
16:59All right.
16:59Redemption time.
17:01Yep.
17:02For the love of goodness,
17:03please don't let it be a two.
17:05All of it higher.
17:07This is double or nothing.
17:08All of it.
17:10Higher than a three,
17:11a six.
17:12You have $1,800 and a six.
17:19Let's go $1,000 higher.
17:21Big bet on a six.
17:23$1,000.
17:25Higher than a six,
17:26an ace.
17:27Yes.
17:28$2,800 and a card you can't lose.
17:32All of it lower, Alex.
17:34Of course.
17:35For $5,600,
17:36yes,
17:37it's a nine.
17:38You have $5,600.
17:40Do you want the nine?
17:43Absolutely not.
17:45Change that card, please.
17:46You must bet at least $2,800 on the turn of this card.
17:49It's a three.
17:51Yes.
17:52All of it that I got in the bank.
17:55Higher.
17:55Nothing or $11,200.
17:59Higher than a three,
18:00a queen.
18:01$11,200.
18:02$11,200.
