Check out this heartwarming moment a six-year-old boy bravely crawls into a tight crawl space beneath his family home to rescue a litter of stranded kittens.

Taylor Macdonald, from Wheatland County, Alberta, Canada, captured the touching rescue as her son volunteered to retrieve the tiny animals.

The video shows the youngster wearing gloves, a face mask, and a headlamp as he carefully squeezes into the cramped space beneath the house.

Guided by his parents, he gently lifts each frightened kitten to safety before placing them into a waiting cardboard box.

After the rescue, the family bottle-fed and cared for the kittens until they were healthy enough to play outdoors.

Taylor said: “Our six-year-old son crawled into the crawl space below our house to save our little kittens. He was all bundled up and incredibly brave.”
