00:00We continue now in Colombia, as per President Gustavo Petro filled an electoral lawsuit
00:04seeking to annul the election of Abelardo de la Espriella as president.
00:08Backed by 70,000 citizens designated as digital witnesses,
00:12the legal action argues that there was algorithmic manipulation on a foreign computer server
00:17and at the polling stations in Colombia and abroad,
00:21similar to cases that occurred in Ecuador and Honduras.
00:24The lawsuit does not mention the word fraud, but rather a structural inverifiability of the process.
00:32Furthermore, the plaintiffs point out that nearly 20% of the polling stations were processed
00:38just 7 minutes after the polling stations closed.
00:42A time frame incompatible with the manual counting and that 97.5% of documents lacked metadata
00:49or a cryptographic signature leaving the preliminary counts in the hands of software
00:54that cannot be audited.
01:01President Gustavo Petro posted the following message on his social media accounts.
01:06Here is all the evidence of electoral fraud in Colombia,
01:09which has already been submitted to the courts.
