00:11On this occasion, he presented data analysts by digital experts who point to alterations in the vote counting software.

00:25The president stated that nearly 70,000 digital witnesses identified anomalies at 1,350 polling stations.
00:34Through a statistical analysis known as a run test, they discovered that the votes at those stations followed an artificial
00:41and random order,
00:42a pattern that does not correspond to human behavior.
00:45Since humans do not generate such an exact pattern, suggesting that the results were manipulated, affecting a total of 7
00:52million votes,
00:53a strategy in which not only local actors but also those from other countries were involved.
00:59This entire development of electoral fraud, stemming from the manipulation of software and algorithms, is a first.
01:12But, the message to the world is that, at this moment, any election, anywhere in the world,
01:23can be manipulated through this type of software, which they can sell because it's a business.
01:30And thus, the business of destroying democracy and popular sovereignty worldwide.
01:42Colombia is not the first instance of manipulation of popular elections in various parts of the world using Israeli software.
01:49According to digital experts, part of the evidence and irregularities lies in more than 1,000 polling stations
01:56where there was voting in synchronized blocks, something only software can do.
02:01Members of the historic pact have also been denouncing this coincidence on their social media,
02:06pointing to a pattern that allowed for a higher vote count in favor of Abelardo de la Espriella.

03:08That is why we have filed a lawsuit seeking to annul the National Electoral Council's CNE,
03:16resolution recognizing Abelardo de la Espriella as president of the Republic.
03:23That is why we have requested that his presidential inauguration on August 7 be suspended.
03:31Because, given the existence of concrete data, not speculation, this is science, this is technology.
03:38We are not talking about politics here.
03:41We are talking about concrete data that allow us to deduce manipulation affecting the true will of the Colombian people.
03:52There are more than 95 municipalities in Colombia where there are more voters than residents.
03:58To give one example, there are municipalities with 20,000 residents that have 25,000 voters.
04:04In other words, everyone there is of legal age.
04:06There are no children, no young people,
04:08and this pattern is repeated in as many as 500 municipalities.
04:13Meanwhile, the National Registrar's Office stated that an external audit found the runoff election met technical and operational standards,
04:21with no evidence of data manipulation or systematic alteration.
