Senator-judge Robin Padilla, in an intense interpellation with lead prosecutor Rep. Gerville Luistro, points out the supposed inconsistencies on the affidavit of Arturo Lascañas, during the ninth day of the impeachment trial against Vice President Sara Duterte, on Wednesday, July 22.
Padilla then asked Luistro whether such a person who makes shifting statements be called a liar, to which the lead prosecutor, in no particular reference to Lascañas, later replied in the affirmative. (Video courtesy of Senate of the Philippines)
