00:03We've got a farming business here and probably 10 years ago my daughter who lives in Sydney
00:10had some friends over to her house and she fed them our lamb which now we call Henty Lamb
00:16and they loved it so much they asked her how can we get this product.
00:20So there started our business, so I started to sell it to some of her friends to start with
00:26and a cafe up there and then it grew and grew from there and now we sell Henty Lamb to
00:32three
00:32different areas in Sydney.
00:34We go to Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, we went to Bendigo, Canberra and our business
00:41has grown so much and what we love about doing this is that I just love meeting people, getting
00:48to know people and they actually love hearing our story like people we go to especially in
00:55the Sydney areas, they love to hear about farming, what we do, how we do what we do and the
01:01product
01:02that we sell and from there now they buy our lamb and they really enjoy our lamb and I love
01:08hearing people cooking different recipes with our lamb so it's just a fun thing now, we actually
01:15really enjoy it and that's Henty Lamb.
