02:38Trump will be fated in the way that I know the Chinese know that he likes.
02:47But it's really in some ways a risk management summit that is coming at a very crucial time in not
02:56just the geopolitics, world geopolitics, but also in the global economy.
03:02I think he would also like to talk about Iran and perhaps convince China to do more than it may
03:13be doing behind the scenes in order to put pressure on Tehran to address, to at least lift the closure
03:22of the Strait of Hormuz.
03:23I think he will want to look for stability, see if he can get the United States to think, well,
03:30how do you resolve the conflict in the Middle East, in the Gulf, and bring more stability to the region?
03:37Because it is going to affect China's energy sourcing.
03:41I think Xi Jinping is also looking for a sense of status, if you will, that China is there looking
03:51responsible, seeking stability in the world, behaving responsibly, trying what it can behind the scenes to resolve these conflicts.
04:02I think often the United States, and I think even Donald Trump, overestimate the influence that China may have on
04:10its many partners around the world, and that includes Iran.
04:14So the idea that Iran, that Tehran would sort of take notes from Beijing and do whatever Beijing wants it
04:22to do is really not a way to understand that relationship.
04:32And I think that Iran is going to be able to ask about these things, and that has been such
04:36a lot of issues, and that has been the only comment on who the other side of the world in
04:40China.
04:40It's a lot of issues that we have to remember today, when the United States one of many people are
04:40going to understand that they are facing the other side of the world and are facing the same thing.
04:40So, let me know what the world is going to bring back up and that summit, because, we have a
04:40lot of no of these things that are going to be them to have any challenges.
