Lamb Leg Roast | Lamb Leg Roast Recipe | Lamb Leg Roast in Oven | Lamb Leg Roast Pakistani

Ingredients:

1 Lamb Leg
3 tbps ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1-1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp cumin powder
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup yougurt
2 tbsp oil
Recipe:

Wash Lamb leg and make cuts on both sides. Mix all the above mentioned ingredients in a bowl and apply on both sides of the lamb leg generously. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and place in fridge for 10 to 12 hours.
After 10 to 12 hours, take out the wrapped lamb leg out of the fridge and set it aside at room tempreture for atleast 1 hour. Cut potatos and carrots into slices and marinate using salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, oil and paprika. Unwrap the e lamb leg, place the marinated vegetables along side it. Preheat oven to 300 Fahrenheit.cover the lamb leg and vegetables with aluminum foil properly and place it in the oven for 4 to 5 hours.After 4 to 5 hours, take out the lamb leg and ready to serve with Rice and Vegetables.
