Ingredients:

1 kg minced beef
1 onion
5 to 6 green chillies
2 to 3 tbsp coriander seeds ( sokha dhania) hand-crushed
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp black pepper
1tsp paprika
2 to 3 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp Besan
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup oil
1 to 2 eggs
1 to 2 tomatoes

Recipe:
In a bowl mix all the above mentioned spices with the minced beef. Thinly sliced the tomatoes and set aside. Take small portions of the minced beef mixture and pat them into thin round kabab shape.place the thinly sliced tomato on top of the kabab and gently pressed.Fry the kababs on medium heat evenly on both sides for 5 to 8 mins. Ready to serve with mint sauce and naan.
