00:23the game and honestly one of my favorite things to show off mounts seriously just look at how
00:29cool it is to zip around on these things they make everything better right and the best part
00:36there are so many to choose from you're bound to find one that fits your style let's break down
00:41where you can get your hands on them first up the easiest ones if you want a mount without too
00:48much hassle head straight to your achievements you can find them under daily activities and
00:57challenges right here you can see all the mounts you can get just by defeating monsters in specific
01:03areas and you'll also spot some unique emoticons tied to the mvps
01:10i actually just picked up the vadon mount myself to get it you just need to take down a total
01:16of
01:1630 000 monsters in the interseas tunnel or bialen as some call it now a quick pro tip for that
01:25just hold down your auto attack and set your idle range to something short
01:32that way your character stays put and doesn't run all over the place
01:37you'll clear those monsters way faster and let me tell you using area attacks really comes in handy
01:43here all right back to the achievements tab because there are even more mounts to grab
01:48first up we've got the rocker you can get this one by defeating monsters in pruntera then there's
01:54the amber knight which drops from monsters over in geffen head to payan and you can snag the wolf
02:00mount over in moroc you'll want to hunt down monsters for the picky egg and finally if you're
02:06brave enough to explore the sewers you can get the familiar mount so yeah there's a solid variety
02:12to chase after and each one gives you a reason to visit different parts of the map anyway let me
02:19pull out my new vadon real quick
02:25see isn't that cool i'm loving it just like back in the old cbt days this mount still blows my
02:33mind
02:33i mean look at the way it walks sideways it's honestly so unique and hilarious to watch
02:40and as a crab come on that's just awesome i don't think i've ever seen anything quite like
02:45this in any other game moving on to the others there's the motorcycle which you get from the
02:52gunslinger job change super stylish i also have the pouring mount that i got from the beginner's guide
03:04then you have some mounts you can find just by visiting certain areas
03:08and then there are these guys honestly i don't even remember exactly how i got some of them
03:14like this big foot here i think i just randomly received it after entering a house in frontera
03:20yeah pretty sure that's where it came from then there's the picky i really can't recall where that
03:26one came from
03:30and the yo-yo too no clue but from what i can tell they're all from common areas that you'll
03:36probably pass through anyway as you explore so don't stress too much about hunting them down
03:42specifically just play the game normally and chances are you'll stumble upon them without even
03:47trying and of course if you're feeling brave the mvp mounts actually drop from the mvps themselves
03:55and as you can see there's quite a few of them here already but honestly this isn't even everything
04:01there are even more ways to get mounts beyond just achievements
04:09you can also grab some directly from shops yep just straight up buy them if you've got the currency
04:15for it and of course there are more hidden in those achievement tabs too so it's always worth
04:21checking back to see what you're close to unlocking so whether you're grinding exploring or just saving
04:27up your coins there's always a new mount waiting for you out there lots of options to choose from
04:34you might even end up with something totally unexpected something way cooler or weirder than
04:40you imagined now for the really exciting one the godslayer mount also known as misteltane
04:47this one's a bit different because you don't just get it as a reward you have to catch it like
04:52a
04:52pokemon yep time to throw some orbs to find it you need to head to mount mjolnir but before that
05:01let me first equip my brand new mount the vadon
05:12there we go looking good right all right now let's head out and catch ourselves a misteltane
05:18let me open up the map real quick and set a course for mount mjolnir
05:22oops i accidentally went into the labyrinth instead classic me but honestly it doesn't really matter since
05:29they're right next to each other anyway now that i'm traveling a long distance we've got some time
05:36to just admire my vadon mount up close look at it man it really is cool isn't it and you
05:43know what
05:43makes it even better it seems like i'm currently the only one on my server rocking this mount
05:49at least i haven't run into anyone else with it yet so yeah i feel extra satisfied knowing i've got
05:55something unique to show off it's always a good feeling when you're riding around and you know you
06:01stand out from the crowd definitely makes all that grinding worth it
06:10so i'll just hop over to the mount mjolnir portal from here
06:16quick tip if it's your first time visiting the teleport won't be active yet
06:21so the location is right around here see that spot on the map once you click on it the game
06:27will automatically redirect you to the nearest portal that leads to that area and in this case
06:33that portal is located in the geffen field super convenient right so the best route is to go through
06:39geffen and by the way do you hear that background music if you're familiar with it you'll know that's
06:47the mjolnir map theme song isn't it just bringing you back to the old days in ragnarok man the nostalgia
06:54hits hard every time i hear this track
07:01once you get to the right spot on the map you'll see misteltane roaming around when you find it you'll
07:07see a familiar interface just like catching a pet the process is simple first you throw some milk to
07:14lower its resistance now the game actually gives you a bunch of these milks early on so make sure
07:20you use them wisely these aren't just freebies to waste they're actually bought with a specific
07:26currency that's pretty important later on so here's the pro tip make sure it hits the target every single
07:32time you don't want to miss and waste a precious milk right and just so you know it takes about
07:39three
07:39milks per target to fully lower that resistance bar so take your time aim carefully and don't rush it
07:47every milk counts once that bar is fully down you swap to your orb and boom got it and so
07:56that's
07:56basically how you catch this mount and guess what it works exactly the same way for catching pets too
08:02like mia and here's the funny part instead of riding on top of it you're actually dragging the
08:08misteltane behind you look at its little feet it looks like it's not too thrilled about being pulled
08:14along and that's it that's how you grab some of the coolest mounts in the game whether you're grinding
