Circling the Foothills Hospital. I guess the pilot has difficulty with the rudder trim. Where's the light switch? This is a Canadian Air Regulations exempt maneuver designed to assist the pilot locate a deaf individual in the Hospital parking lot, or something unnecessary like that for $500 per hour.
