00:00Family members, our relatives, there's an implicit trust.
00:04But when there comes problems, there can be a lot of betrayal.
00:10How do we free our mind from that and move on and then again trust people?
00:15The mind selectively stores stuff.
00:19It remembers only that which it considers important from the point of view of pleasure or identity.
00:27There is an auto-deletion process inside.
00:30You must be wondering why there is stuff that did not get auto-deleted.
00:35It does not get deleted because we derive pleasure from it.
00:40If the present is healthy, well-nourished and demanding,
00:45how will you have an opportunity to reminisce, be nostalgic?
00:50And if there is a certain hollowness or vacuum in the present,
00:54then the mind fills it up by streaming in the past.
00:58The solution lies in forcing yourself to live a fulfilling life.
01:04And then those things will become too small to be remembered.
