00:00You will become an engineer. That's it. In this family, we don't choose dreams, we choose careers.
00:05And what if my dream is something else?
00:10Dreams don't fill your stomach.
00:12Rakesh happens to be the first fellow from our family or community to go to an IIT.
00:18Now everybody is eagerly waiting. When will Rakesh graduate?
00:21The day he will graduate, he'll bring a lot of goodies to us.
00:25And that puts so much pressure on this young man.
00:27He too has his discretions. He does not want to sell his life just for money.
00:33But there is so much weight of expectations now.
00:36And I'm not saying that one must not fulfill parents' or friends' expectations.
00:40But you see, it is one thing to, let's say, gift your younger brother a bike.
00:46Because he needs to travel distances and he has been so far bicycling.
00:51But it's a totally different thing to gift the young one a 1.5 lakh rupees phone.
00:56Because he would love to play games.
00:58You cannot turn indifferent towards the people around you.
01:02On the other hand, you cannot just sell yourself to the expectations.
01:06You do have a responsibility towards them.
01:08But be discreet.
