00:1322-year-old Kira Cousins told everyone she was expecting a baby girl,

00:20and even sharing a celebratory post announcing the birth.
00:24The truth began to surface after a close friend spoke out on TikTok,
00:27posting a series of storytime videos that have now been viewed more than 3 million times.
00:32She was sending me scanned pictures, she was sending me videos at the hospital,
00:36like she just made everything seem so real.
00:39Kira even threw a gender reveal party before making a shocking announcement.
00:43Two weeks after the gender reveal, she posts that the baby has a hole in its heart,

01:17and then the mum and gran bought the £1,000 pram,
01:21then she sent me a video of the baby kicking.
01:24But people started getting suspicious when Kira posted a video showing a newborn baby
01:28wriggling in its sleep, which people speculated to be AI-generated.
01:32Neve posted alleged screenshots of her text with Kira,
01:35where she seemingly reveals that
01:37Bonnie Lee has passed.
01:38The truth about the doll emerged when Kira's mother walked into her room
01:42and discovered the baby wasn't real.
01:45It was a reborn doll,
01:46a lifelike, handcrafted figure designed to look and feel like a real infant,
01:51and even simulate breathing or a heartbeat.
