01:30Francesca Farrago is sharing the latest in her pregnancy journey. The reality TV star is
01:34currently 15 weeks pregnant with IVF twins. I still can't believe this is real and this
01:38is happening and I literally have twins in my belly. Farrago underwent multiple rounds of IVF
01:43before finally getting pregnant, and while she's over the moon about expecting not one but two
01:46babies with her fiancee, Jessie Sullivan, she admitted she is constantly worried.
01:51It's kind of scary, the 31-year-old said. I just have anxiety all the time that something's going
01:55to go wrong. As far as symptoms, I'm nauseous all day, I'm exhausted all day, I can barely get out

02:01bed. And a recent message from a fan on Snapchat gave her life-changing advice. There's something
02:05wrong with my uterus and my cervix, and I would not have learned that if it wasn't for Snapchat,
02:09she admitted. Someone messaged me and said,
02:11Hey, I lost my twins at 21 weeks. You should go get your cervix checked. What did Farrago do?
02:17Immediately got her cervix checked. It opened up a whole world of anxiety and stress and doctor's
02:21appointments and specialists, the TikToker said. But it also opened up potentially me being able to
02:27save the babies in the future, me avoiding a miscarriage. Now that she's in her second
02:31trimester, Francesca plans to get cervical cerclage surgery, temporary stitches that can help the
02:36cervix hold a pregnancy in the uterus. Throughout her pregnancy, Farrago has clearly encountered
02:40highs and lows along with some unique cravings. The first trimester, all I could eat was fruit
02:45and bread and cereal. I was craving like honey nut Cheerios and Reese's Pieces puffs. I was craving
02:54it and I didn't, I haven't had those since I was seven. Pregnancy is so weird. Sometimes I cook a

02:59meal and I look at it and I'm like, but this forever. And her cravings are not the only unique

03:12that I love. Francesca Farrago has taken to TikTok to reveal baby names and discusses her baby name
03:17style. Some of the names include lyrics, like song lyrics, but we love the name lyrics just as we love
03:23that name. November nickname Novi. Oh, Stone. She was even considering calling her baby baby, but later
03:30decided against it as she doesn't think an adult called baby would work. The other names were
03:34afternoon. It's, I don't know. A lot of people are going to be like, what are you, what? But
03:39afternoon with the nickname after Odyssey and Alchemy. I love Odyssey. You can call them Odie,
03:45Audie, Essie. There's so many nickname potentials. And then Alchemy, you can call them Emmy or Al.
03:50However, it seems that Rocky won't make the cut as she mentions Kourtney Kardashian named her baby
03:54Rocket, Rocky for short. But fans were surprised by her choice of baby names and one compared it to
03:59Nara Smith baby names saying, not the Nara Smith names. But Francesca replied saying,
04:03I actually feel like our naming styles are pretty different. Others were confused and asked,
04:07are we being pranked? And Wade and saying, words aren't names just because you say their name.

05:24embryo transfer date, but we found out my uterine lining was not thick enough. The reality star went on to
05:29explain that she did everything in her power to thicken her uterine lining. According to Yura
05:33conceiving the future, when the lining is thin, the body cannot sustain an embryo and a growing fetus.
05:38I started doing everything in my absolute power to make my uterine lining thicker. I had acupuncture
05:42every other day. I followed a very strict diet, kept my feet warm. Everything possible that you could
05:47do, I did. The couple believed that Viagra could help, so they booked an appointment with their doctor.
05:51We thought this was just going to be a regular checkup and then we found out that my uterine lining
05:56had gotten thick enough. The star revealed to fans that she has officially picked her embryo.
05:59I decided to pick the embryo myself. Jessie has no idea which one I picked. I'm gonna figure out
06:03a cute way to surprise him. She finished her update explaining she's began progesterone shots,
06:07which according to Very Well Health, helped make the lining of the uterus thicker to prepare for
06:11the fertilized egg. And then I started the dreaded progesterone shots a few days later and now I'm
06:15still on the shots and that's my update. Fellow Too Hot to Handle star, Emily Miller shared her support
