06:12the documents cover five major areas of concern first they show that over a period of years starting during the

06:22election cycle the people's republic of china carried out what is believed to be the largest compromise of election data
06:31in history resulting in china's illicit acquisition of
06:35220 million u.s voter files
06:40that information includes names addresses phone numbers political party preferences and other
06:46sensitive data that would be needed to register to vote and engage in other nefarious activities which is
06:54exactly what was happening this data loss presents an unprecedented election security nightmare the intelligence
07:03even shows that china has signed a data exploitation unit specifically to this new project compounding the
07:11travesty the second set of documents we are releasing reveals that members of the deep state very very famous group

07:20people many cases in our intelligence agency work to actively suppress and downplay information about
07:28the extent of china's sinister election meddling covering it up from both the president and the american people

09:09that were opposed to the U.S. president in an effort to reduce the U.S. president's votes
09:14and make him resign or prevent his re-election. Isn't that nice?
09:20Also, in mid-2018, China was working to influence the results of the U.S. midterm elections
09:27and later the results of the 2020 presidential election itself.
09:32Separately, in mid-2019, the Chinese government's strategy against the United States
09:38was focused on undermining domestic confidence in the U.S. president.
09:42They wanted to just make you sound like your president wasn't so hot
09:47when actually your president has done a great job,
09:51and they did everything possible to do exactly that.
09:55Going on, this document says, and this is by the CIA,
10:00the strategy included efforts to use Chinese contacts with big U.S. companies
10:05to influence U.S. business leaders to turn against the president of the United States of America.
10:11The Chinese government sought to identify U.S. journalists
10:15who had reported negatively on the U.S. president
10:20and pay them large sums of money to write more negative articles about him,
10:25as many as they could, and they didn't care what they said.
10:30The Chinese government wanted U.S. president to lose the next election,
10:34and the reason they wanted me to lose is because they knew I was wise to them,
10:40charged them billions and billions of dollars worth of tariffs,
10:45and built the strongest military anywhere in the world.

10:56The name of the person doing the quote is now under review,
11:02but it gets even worse.
11:04Raw intelligence obtained by the FBI in 2020,

11:11even included an attempt to manufacture illegal ballots for Joe Biden.
11:18Documents show that during this period,
11:20dozens of significant CIA and NSA reports
11:24about China's election targeting
11:26were kept out of the presidential briefing.
11:30These were briefings I would get almost every day.
11:34Everything was kept out.
11:35That was of importance.
11:37One email among intelligence analysts admitted
11:41that they had, quote,
11:42deliberately massaged the presidential daily briefing
11:46to withhold information regarding Chinese activities
11:49related to the election.
11:51Another official inside the FBI
11:54wrote that she was running, quote,
11:57a shadow government, unquote,
12:00to keep intelligence about China's election meddling
12:02from becoming known
12:04and to keep it away from the honorable press.
12:07Other officials who witnessed such efforts
12:10perceived the motivations to be blatantly political.
12:14Recently, we found significant numbers
12:17of burn bags in formation,
12:20and this is a group of bags
12:22that were used to destroy information
12:26given by President Barack Hussein Obama
12:30to be burned.
12:32It was supposed to be burned.
12:33These bags were supposed to be
12:36at a different level by different people
12:40incinerated and checked,
12:42but it never happened.
12:43Maybe we got lucky.
12:45We believe this was not done on purpose,
