00:04a lot of hate this season. Nia's getting a lot of hate because of Dani specifically.
00:10What was your takeaway from your conversation?
00:12She's on this Dani redemption tour. And a lot of people were saying that. And I'm like,
00:16she doesn't want to be. This isn't Lala talking about Kristen. Like, she's not going to turn.
00:21You know, she's not going to be like, she's not going to be like, he's a drunk asshole. Like,
00:26so she's going to protect him and everything. So I did want to get to the Dani stuff and
00:31understand more about that. But I also wanted to give her a moment to like, who's Nia? What have
00:36you done in your life? So many people said, like, we didn't know anything about Nia in these two
00:40seasons aside from like, she's married to Dani and she was a pageant girl. Like, it was kind of sad.
00:44Like she said, like, I was like, why isn't Dani doing like podcast? Because she was like, I would
00:48want him to speak for himself. And I'm like, well, where is he? You know? And she said that when
00:53he
00:53canceled on watch what happens live, it was because he had like a work thing.
00:57Yeah. And then she said this and it was so, I don't know if the word like desperate, but
01:02you could tell like how honest this was. She was like, he went to this work thing. And
01:07I was like, you didn't post from there. You didn't post from the work thing. Right. Basically,
01:11like, no one's going to believe you if you didn't post the receipt. She's like, why don't
01:15you post? Why don't you post? And like, he was like, I didn't take any photos. And she was
01:21like, no, she was so upset that he didn't prove to the people that he was where he said
01:27he was going to be. Um, that I just felt her like, you know, I just wanted to hug her.
01:33Like the fact that she has to think about all these things for kids and like, did you
01:39post? Did you, did you show them? Everyone hates you. I feel bad for her. I don't think
01:43this is what she signed up for in life. She probably thought they would go in there being
01:46the golden couple, which they were for a minute for like a hot second. They were, I was like,
01:51oh, we want to be like Danny and Nia. Like they're the, they are the epitome of true love. And
01:55then,
01:56you know, Jax Taylor did see, we did say that we would see the dark sided side of Danny at
02:02some
02:02point. And for once Jax Taylor was right. I do feel bad for her because you're so right. We have
02:06only really seen Nia in the context of being in a relationship with Danny throughout her journey on
02:12the valley. And I mean, what were some of the more interesting revelations for you about Nia and
02:18her life outside of what we've seen on Bravo? She grew up with her dad. Uh, she didn't go into
02:23the exact story there for some reason. The courts decided to give, um, her and her siblings to the
02:28father, which I thought was interesting. Before that, she, she was living in like, uh, women's
02:33shelters and stuff. Oh, that's right. She talked about that a little bit. She did talk about Trump on
02:38the pod. She brought him up, which I thought was a choice. And I think a lot of people called
02:42them MAGA. And that I think was her way of saying, I'm not right. We're not. I have
02:46a feeling like she meant to say this. Right. Right. She, I think she wanted to have people
02:51know where, where they stand on that. Huh? That's very interesting. I'm glad that you had
