Cyclist Falls Face-First After Hitting A Tree

The filmer, Jean, captured the crash on a mountain bike trail in Blackpill, Mumbles, Wales.

Jean rides downhill along a narrow dirt path through trees.

As he continues, he veers into a tree, and the bike stops abruptly, sending him forward into the ground.

It is a quick reminder of how little room there is for error when speed and tight trails meet.
