00:00So this is the first time in decades, first time in my knowledge, period, we've done anything on impact fees.
00:05So we're streamlining bureaucracy, reorganizing a construct around a simple one-stop application around financing,
00:12focusing on real accountability at the local level, driving accountability at the state level with fundamental land use reforms
00:18and time to develop reforms as it relates to CEQA.
00:22We're organizing in a construct more support, not just more punitive actions,
00:27and we're more resolved than ever to reach our goals.
00:30And here I'll conclude, and this is important, and this may actually make some sense,
00:35because talking about RHNA goals and eight-year, six cycles makes no sense to anybody.
00:44But this might. 682,000 units have been constructed since 2019.
00:4959% more residential construction than when we started, 59%.
00:55We've reduced the time to entitlement and permitting from 160 days to 68 days.
01:03That's a 57% reduction.
01:0559% increase in the number of residential construction units and a 57% decline in the time to get
01:13these projects at the state level entitled.
01:16I'm proud of that.
01:17And let me give you another proof point.
01:18In the last 30 years, we've been struggling on multifamily.
01:23In the last five years, we've produced more multifamily than we have in the last 30 years.
01:28So we're finally seeing progress.
01:30We're coming out the other side of this flywheel, and I'm proud of that.
01:34We're coming out the other side of this flywheel, and I'm proud of this flywheel, and I'm proud of this
01:34flywheel, and I'm proud of this flywheel, and I'm proud of this flywheel, and I'm proud of this flywheel, and
01:34I'm proud of this flywheel, and I'm proud of this flywheel, and I'm proud of this flywheel, and I'm proud
01:35of this flywheel, and I'm proud of this flywheel, and I'm proud of this flywheel, and I'm proud of this
01:35flywheel.
