00:09said cut taxes on the cost of diapers eliminating the sales tax and it was
00:16wonderful to hear that we're one of the first states to do that and how other
00:19states follow we are not imitating we're a model to others that's how the

00:32more could we be doing what more should we be doing in this space it's nice to
00:36eliminate the sales tax we're not eliminating the overall cost burden and
00:39that's when these conversations started to gel and that's where the process
00:43began to unfold to some women Ortega and others legislature and we were able to
00:47get an appropriation in a year or so ago went through a competitive bidding
00:51process and here we are making this announcement 40 million diapers as many
00:58diapers will be distributed this year as Californians
