00:00A lot of you have been asking, Fitbit Air or Fitbit Inspire 3?
00:03Here's the truth.
00:04Both retail for $100, but the Inspire 3 can easily be found for around $80.
00:09They share the same tech and are both missing a GPS,
00:12but the Inspire 3 has a tiny OLED screen with haptic feedback for notifications from your phone,
00:17like texts, walk detected, or move goals.
00:19For sleep tracking, I definitely prefer the Fitbit Air.
00:21It's lighter and far more comfortable to sleep with.
00:24I thought I would like the Inspire 3 better for working out because of the screen,
00:26but it doesn't actually do anything with the Google Health app in terms of logging sets
00:30or alerting you when your rest period is over.
00:32Both offer a variety of bands you can change into for various occasions,
00:35and the Inspire offers a clip accessory you can put on your waist.
00:38Where the Inspire 3 wins is battery life.
00:40It lasts about three days longer than the Air,
00:43although the Air already lasts a full week, so that wasn't too much of a bother for me.
00:46If you don't own either or some sort of smartwatch with a screen,
00:49you may appreciate the notifications feature and OLED screen from the Inspire 3.
00:53But if you already own a smartwatch or want a screenless fitness tracker,
00:56I definitely would recommend the Air.
