Lindsey Graham’s final foreign visit took him to Kyiv, where the longtime U.S. senator met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky before his sudden death at 71. During the visit, Graham discussed efforts to end the Russia-Ukraine war, called for increased pressure on Moscow and highlighted China’s potential role in pushing Russia toward peace talks. The Kyiv trip became one of Graham’s final major public appearances, marking a significant last mission abroad for the influential Republican senator and longtime Trump ally.

00:46Yeah, I think that we had a really good meeting.
00:49Yeah, the mood was good.
00:50And we had some very important results.
00:54I think that the decision of President Trump about licenses,
00:58positive signals about Patriot licenses were important.
01:24Thank you all.
01:25We won.
01:33So, I want to start with a bunch of thank yous.
01:36I want to thank the big guy, God.

01:57This is one of the best run campaigns in the history of the state of South Carolina.
02:01All of you should be proud.
02:05I certainly am.
02:07So, what I'm most proud of is that South Carolina validated what I've been doing for our state,
02:14who I am and what I believe and what I stand for.
02:18But most importantly, South Carolina rejected garbage in the form of Mark Lynch.
02:29So, what did we learn tonight?
02:30If you throw garbage at the people of South Carolina, they will kick you in the ass.
02:40So, I have a lot to be grateful for.
02:44There may be a lot of self-made people in the world, but I am not one of them.
02:48I want to start with President Donald J. Trump.
02:53I just talked to him, so I know he's watching.
02:56Mr. President, when you endorsed me early on, it changed everything.
03:01You're the gold standard in the Republican world.
03:04The most consequential endorsement, I think, in the history of politics.
03:08And when you spoke, the people of South Carolina listened.
03:11And President Trump, I'm coming back to the Senate in 27.
03:16I'm going to win in November.
03:17And I'm going to help you change this world and change this country.
