Disclaimer: DEX arbitrage is not free money. Professional bots monitor pools, mempools, pending transactions and block ordering faster than any manual trader can. This video is designed to help you understand the risks before you click confirm. This video is for educational purposes only and is not financial advice. On-chain trading involves MEV risk, smart contract risk, gas risk, slippage risk, bridge risk, token tax risk, honeypot risk, failed transaction risk and total loss of capital. Always do your own research, test with small amounts first and never risk money you cannot afford to lose. 18+ only.

00:00in today's video i want to just go over how to actually read price gaps before bots close them
00:07so we're talking about on-chain dex arbitrage so that is uh the dex price gap alarm system
00:14a proprietary tool that we've created that helps you kind of check how arbitrage um you know how
00:21your arbitrage is going to be before you actually put a trade because every time you spot a dex
00:27price gap a bot already saw it first right so this guide is actually supposed to explain mev and
00:36front running and also give you an interactive kind of checklist to evaluate whether an arbitrage
00:42opportunity has actually survived the competition that comes with bots and also i'll be recommending
00:48some of the best tools to use to kind of find those arbitrage gaps like arbitrage scanner which is a
00:56really really intelligent tool and so when it comes to this on-chain dex um kind of arbitrage
01:03it looks simple until you actually try to execute it right because you might see a token trading at
01:11one price on one dex and at a better price somewhere else so you're thinking if i just buy low
01:17i sell it
01:18high you know i keep the spread and then the opportunity disappears before your actual transaction
01:24confirms right so that is not bad luck a lot of the times that is just mev uh professional bots
01:31uh
01:31monitor dex pools uh pending transactions they monitor mem pools block ordering uh liquidity changes
01:39and they do this faster than any manual trader can right so when a profitable price gap appears
01:46they can actually front run in background or simply close the spread before retail users even finish
01:54checking the cut all right so the problem is that a visible spread is not the same as a tradable
02:02one
02:02right so before you attempt any kind of a dex arbitrage you need to check three things typically is the
02:09spread large enough okay is a liquidity pool the pool liquidity itself deep enough for the trade size
02:17and also is gas cost smaller than the expected profit and then come the hidden risks you have to think
02:25about things like slippage the token taxes uh failed transactions honey pots thin pools bridge delays
02:34route failure mev competition and that's why this kind of a tool uh our own proprietary dex price
02:42gap alert system actually teaches you as a user to manually compare uh say gecko terminal dick screener
02:50and relevant chains uh block explorers uh before you risk your own capital and it's a free tool uh check
02:57out the link in the description to the complete guide and you'll be able to actually play around with it
03:02for
03:02free and see whether you know some of those arbitrage opportunities actually uh lets you pocket uh
03:09some good profit and then the goal is not to obviously promise free money it is to stop traders from
03:14confusing a screenshot with an executable trade so sometimes the best arbitrage decision is a no-go
03:22but of course arbitrage is really a play that a lot of people that understand how to do it properly
03:28and execute
03:29the right way considering a lot of these factors actually make quite healthy um margins on so if
