00:10to the crime, according to Twiggs, who appeared in a pre-recorded video. On the night of Kirk's
00:16death, Robinson allegedly confessed to the murder in a text message. Here's what Twiggs said about
00:21speaking with Robinson face-to-face the next morning. Didn't go into detail. He just, I just
00:26asked him in person if what he said was true the night before and he said it was. I started
00:33crying a little bit and said he wishes he hadn't done it. Other key info Twiggs shared, including
00:38the claim that Robinson asked him for a Dremel to engrave bullets for what he said was a family
00:44hunting trip. The prosecution then presented the shell casing of the bullet that killed Charlie
00:48Kirk, which included an engraved trans sex joke on it. Now, as for those text messages between
00:53Twiggs and Robinson, we had seen some of them before, like one where the accused murderer
00:57allegedly admitted to killing Kirk. But at the hearing, prosecutors revealed more and
01:02they portrayed the defendant as particularly cold-blooded. In one stunning exchange, Robinson
01:07freaked out over a text about an alleged confession note under his keyboard. Look under my keyboard,
01:13he wrote before Twiggs responded. You're joking, right? I tried to delete that, Robinson replied
01:19in all caps. At the very least, there is lots of evidence here to push back against the Charlie
01:24Kirk conspiracy theorists. Now, today is expected to be the final day of the hearing, which will end
01:29with the judge deciding whether or not this case can move forward to trial.
