01:43deliver me O God for the water has reached my neck
01:47I sink into the deep mire where there is no solid ground I am in deep water and the current

01:56me I am exhausted from shouting for help my throat is sore and my eyes grow tired of looking for

02:05those who hate me without cause are more numerous than the hairs of my head those who want to destroy
02:13me my enemies for no reason outnumber me
02:17they make me repay what I did not steal
02:21O God you are aware of my foolish sins
02:25my guilt is not hidden from you let none who rely on you be disgraced because of me
02:34O sovereign Lord of heaven's armies
02:38let none who seek you be ashamed because of me O God of Israel for I suffer humiliation for your
02:47sake and am thoroughly disgraced
02:50my own brothers treat me like a stranger they act as if I were a foreigner
02:56certainly zeal for your house consumes me I endure the insults of those who insult you
03:04I weep and refrain from eating food which causes others to insult me
03:11I wear sackcloth and they ridicule me
03:15those who sit at the city gate gossip about me drunkards mock me in their songs
03:23O Lord may you hear my prayer and be favorably disposed to me
03:29O God because of your great loyal love answer me with your deliverance
03:36rescue me from the mud do not let me sink
03:39deliver me from those who hate me from the deep water
03:44do not let the current overpower me do not let the deep swallow me up
03:49do not let the pit devour me
03:53answer me O Lord for your loyal love is good
03:56because of your great compassion turn toward me
04:01do not ignore your servant for I am in trouble
04:04answer me right away come near and redeem me
04:09because of my enemies rescue me
04:14you know how I am insulted humiliated and disgraced
04:18you can see all my enemies
04:21their insults are painful and make me lose heart
04:25I look for sympathy but receive none
04:28for comforters but find none
04:33they put bitter poison in my food
04:35and to quench my thirst they give me vinegar to drink
04:40may their dining table become a trap before them
04:43may it be a snare for that group of friends
04:48may their eyes be blinded
04:50make them shake violently
04:53pour out judgment on them
04:55may your raging anger overtake them
04:58may their camp become desolate
05:00their tents uninhabited
05:04for they harass the one whom you discipline
05:07they spread the news about the suffering of those whom you punish
05:12hold them accountable for their sins
05:14do not vindicate them
05:16may their names be deleted from the scroll of the living
05:20do not let their names be listed with the godly
05:24i am oppressed and suffering
05:26oh god deliver and protect me
05:29i will sing praises to god's name
05:32i will magnify him as i give thanks
05:36that will please the lord more than an ox
05:38or a bull with horns and hooves
05:42the oppressed look on
05:44let them rejoice

05:48for the lord listens to the needy
05:50he does not despise his captive people
05:54let the heavens and the earth praise him
05:57along with the seas and everything that swims in them
06:00for god will deliver zion and rebuild the cities of judah
