Bukit Aman's narcotics police have dismantled a synthetic drug trafficking syndicate following coordinated raids across five locations in the Klang Valley and Pahang.

Ops Musca led to the arrest of seven suspects aged 25 to 35, and the seizure of 84.3kg of MDMA powder and 4.4kg of ecstasy pills worth an estimated RM13.2mil.

00:28Omar Khan told a press conference on Friday that 84.3 kilograms of MDMA powder and 4.4 kilograms of
00:36ecstasy pills were seized.
00:37Police also confiscated 1.28 million ringgit worth of syndicate assets, including 10 vehicles.
00:44On the syndicate's operations, Commissioner Hussain said the group is believed to have been active since January this year,
00:51using luxury condominiums as storage and packaging hubs,
00:54before distributing supplies to entertainment outlets across the Klang Valley and Kuantan.
00:59Four of the seven suspects tested positive for methamphetamine.
01:03Only one had a prior record, related to a gambling offence.
01:07All suspects have been remanded as investigations continue into the syndicate's wider distribution network.
