Charles III took part this Wednesday (8) in the official opening of the new headquarters of the British Transport Police, the force responsible for maintaining order across much of Britain’s railway and metro network.
During the visit, the monarch spent the morning with specialist officers from the organisation and learned more about the work of the teams that operate daily to ensure safety for passengers, stations, trains and other public transport infrastructure.
