They also spoke about the need for audiences to be ready for more unconventional narratives. The cast highlighted that television reaches millions of homes daily, which puts extra responsibility on a show like Juhi Mui to educate as much as it entertains. They further shared their views on how Indian TV is becoming more open to stories about inclusion, and clarified that Juhi Mui will not follow the typical saas-bahu drama format. Eisha and Vijayendra also discussed the biggest clichés in Hindi TV today that they hope to move past. When asked if reality shows help actors become more relatable and stay relevant, both shared their opinions. Eisha added that reality shows are getting bolder, and OTT platforms now offer more freedom with scenes and language. Vijayendra also spoke about how it feels to have women of all ages admire him.
