00:06it's incredible I've walked past this building a lot in the last two years looking at it and
00:12wondering you know wishing that something could be done with it because it's such a gorgeous
00:16building and so when the opportunity arose to to take on that project yeah we just we jumped at
00:23the chance and knowing that we had been looking at ideas for I say both our business and developing
00:29a wider kind of co-working space for the wider community and this seemed like absolutely the
00:35perfect you know it was the perfect opportunity to make those things happen yeah we're really excited
00:41the idea was being born for a little while we've been looking for a place to have as a base
00:46for
00:46our business we started work in October last year it's been fairly full-on since that date making
00:53things the way we want them even prior to starting we had looked at the overall footprint of the
01:00building as well to work out how you know how would we best make that work for what we wanted
01:04to try
01:05and achieve so we'd done quite a lot of planning work around putting floor plans together and actually
01:11what would an initial concept for bringing a co-working space to life actually actually look
01:18like and I guess yeah once you having an idea is one thing and then once you get into implementation
01:23it's a whole different ballgame isn't it it is yeah so we're gonna have 10 and 10 co-working desks
01:31and I guess in the first instance we're gonna have a meeting room laterally we will or later on in
01:38the
01:38year we will have a second meeting room come online and and then so really inviting and excited to have
01:45a
01:45whole mixture of remote workers and local you know small business owners or entrepreneurs and
01:52freelancers using the using the desks and shared facilities for like kitchens etc that they can
02:01come and hang out in and hopefully connect with others and yeah enjoy being in the centre of town
02:07the restoration of the building is going to be a much longer term project before the actual exterior
02:13but we're excited to have started on that journey I guess absolutely lots of people interested as
02:21we've been doing work on the building walking past asking what it's going to be and lots of interest
02:29just when's it coming back to life what are you doing with it and all those types of questions so
02:34hopefully they'll want to come and work here yeah we certainly had I guess when we you know people
02:39have asked about it and asked about co-working the initial reception to having a space that people
02:45can come and work in during the day has been really positive and so far the messages we've had have
02:50been
02:51just lots of support and people being excited about the potential for using that space in the future
02:56so let's hope it happens that way
