00:05Hi guys, Mark from DaveyMac here. I'm really excited to offer you our brand new 45 tonne
00:10chaser bin model. Here it is behind me. We're really, really excited about some of the new
00:15features that we've brought out. We've got the 24 inch auger going up from the original 20 inch.
00:25We've got steering axles. We've got brakes as an option. Obviously going up in capacity
00:32from our largest, which was the 35 tonner.
00:39I just want to talk you guys through some of the features. Some of them are common features
00:43for DaveyMac, but some of them are also new and exciting. So we'll start at the front. We've got
00:50the swivel tow wire, which is a great option. It's available for multiple pin sizes. It's easy
00:58to change out the spherical ball in there. Moving along, we've got our PDO drive. So it's, you know,
01:05a thousand RPM on the PDO. Moving on, we've got our clutch. We've got a duplex chain drive. Moving
01:11into the all new 24 inch auger. We've got our 10mm flighting throughout. We've increased the size of
01:20our bearings from our previous model. We've gone from around 12 tonne a minute to at least 18 tonne
01:28a minute capacity unload, which we're really, really excited about. One of the really nice features
01:33of the auger, when it folds, it fits within the parameters of the chaser bin, which I think is a
01:39really, really good option, especially because this chaser bin is so big in its construction. It's just
01:46good to know that the outside of your bin is actually the outside of the bin. It's been developed,
01:50so it's fixed three metre wheel centres. We've kept at the rear a single handle door just for making
02:00it easy for clean out. Access is nice and large on the driver side. You can jump up in there.
02:09We've got
02:09the walkways just to make it easier when we're cleaning out, so we're not slipping over.
02:16With a DaviMac chaser bin, sometimes we don't talk enough about the options that we get standard
02:21with the chaser bin. So all DaviMac chaser bins come standard with a tarp, an oversize, and a light
02:27kit. PDO, that comes standard drive. So this machine comes with all of that. This customer has opted for
02:35our firefighting unit, which is on one side there. They've obviously got the fire extinguisher.
02:40They've gone from a camera kit, so it's a three camera kit. One is at the top looking into the
02:47bin,
02:47one is on the auger itself, on the spout, so you can look at where you're aiming, and one's at
02:51the
02:51rear of the chaser bin, so that you can look behind you in operation. They've opted for scales on this
02:59chaser bin, so it's fitted out with our scale unit, and then they've opted also for the LibriCart
03:06adapter, which just essentially gives you all of the options of the LibriCart as per the app on your
03:13phone, and gives the ability for multiple people to view the tonnage that's in the chaser bin. So it
03:20just makes it usable and much easier at harvest time. Really, really excited, and we're really,
03:26really proud to bring you our all-new 45-tonne chaser bin.
