00:17at approximately 12 10 p.m. a strong storm traversed walworth county the southern portion
00:24of the county from the southwest to the northeast area greatly affecting the town of sharon village
00:32of sharon town of walworth village of walworth village of fontana the town of lynn the town of
00:41geneva the city of lake geneva as well at that time multiple reports of 9-1-1 calls were coming

00:51of trees down buildings being damaged people trapped in collapsed buildings as well as
01:01vehicles being hit or crushed by trees
01:28there's multiple agencies that are involved right now with police fire ems as well as public works
01:34to try to get the roads reopened the town of geneva the lake como area has sustained massive damage
01:43maybe that's a little dramatic but a lot of damage with houses damaged and trees across almost every
01:49road within the subdivision during this time we were informed that a boat had overturned on geneva lake
02:00and there was people in the water the city of lake geneva police boat along with geneva lake law enforcement
02:07agency responded with their boats and seven people were rescued from the water unfortunately there was
02:15three fatalities of people who were not able to be rescued that is being investigated by the geneva lake
02:21law enforcement agency as well as the wisconsin dnr
