00:00Ed, is this kind of like the forward deployment engineer model, basically, that Microsoft is adopting?
00:05And why would they do this? Because I'm more familiar with it with these foundational LLMs doing this.
00:10It's literally the forward deployed engineer model.
00:12And it's kind of weird, actually, that Microsoft aren't just using that term.
00:16We'll have an opportunity later today to ask them why.
00:19But it's basically a mix of engineers, consultants, in a model that you're absolutely right.
00:26It's kind of already out there. Palantir kind of pioneered it, but it's pretty pervasive.
00:30Amazon, in the AWS context, has recently done something of a similar level.
00:346,000 is a big force, but the pitch is basically not just that Microsoft personnel go into any given
00:40enterprise or any company and say,
00:43like, this is how the technology works and we'll help you implement it.
00:45They will pitch that there is a great cost benefit to that, that it is just allowing companies to deploy
00:52capital in a much more efficient way
00:54if they are going to invest in AI and make it actually work.
