00:00We all saw the evidence. They were up there. They weren't supposed to be there.
00:03What's the defense? So we're not going to be making any statement of defense yet because
00:10we haven't had a chance to review all the discovery yet. We need to observe. We need to
00:14review all the discovery, go through it with the fine comb, and then we can assess that.
00:21But there's really no way I can properly, you know, advise you on that at this stage. But
00:27another issue is, you know, based on my reading of this complaint, the DA's office overcharged here,
00:34all right? So they had to have known they were going to be seen by the whole, not just the
00:38city,
00:39but the whole world. Absolutely. And they're trying to send a message. But at the end of the day,
00:43you know, thank God that my firm and I were hired. You know, there's no bail set on this case.
00:49And
00:49we're going to do what we need to do, just like on any other case. What was the motivation for
00:54them
00:54to do this? I'm not going to be making any of the statements as far as their motivation. I'm here
00:58as their lawyer, and I'm just going to be doing my job. That's it. You said they had a message,
01:03right? What was the message they wanted you to send? Well, listen, as far as what I've seen,
01:08and I'm sure you've all seen, it was a message of love, all right? And you know, that's, that's a
01:13nice thing.
