00:16:22because the first two weeks we had so much to do for wedding preparation i didn't i opted out of
00:16:28them doing the first week of camp like the first and the second week of camp because i was like
00:16:31there's just no way um and we already down bed y'all we was 30 minutes late yesterday and now
00:16:37we're 30 minutes late today camp starts at 8 a.m however they did say they're not strict with when
00:16:42you arrive like one of my friends she said she pulls up every day at 9 30 because that's just
00:16:46what works for her i do want the girls first of all it's a cute coin so we make sure
00:16:51we get our
00:16:52money's worth um and i don't want to be missing out just because we're asleep we don't wake up super
00:16:57early in the morning because of homeschool we still wake up early but just not like 6 a.m like
00:17:01we did when they were in public school um so it's just like a little adjustment um but we're a

00:17:08so we got everything together i ordered them summer clothes and i already lay out their lunch for the
00:17:13night before and yeah so i just had to do their hair i need to get their braided asap but

00:17:18drop them off pump my milk on the way there and once i drop them off we're gonna check in

00:18:46girl when i dreamt of my wedding and that big day of me walking down the aisle to meet my

00:18:52i couldn't have even dreamt of this moment like or that moment um because it was beyond my wildest
00:19:04dreams um so y'all already saw in the beginning of this of course the bridal suite me getting there
00:19:11and me thanking god because the rain has been going crazy in the city these last few weeks consistently
00:19:19like literally and even if it wasn't raining like you would do like a little one two dribble
00:19:24dribble throughout the day and then like look a little cloudy gloomy or whatever it was super
00:19:30unpredictable for these last few weeks and i told y'all i was hiring um on the vlog y'all
00:19:36saw before this
00:19:37one because i really thought it was gonna rain but in true husband fashion he was super positive about it
00:19:45and just kept me uplifted and i had kind of got content with the fact that i may have to
00:19:50walk down
00:19:51the aisle in their indoor area and i was okay with it i have became okay with it but guy
00:19:58himself said
00:19:59you know i'm gonna come through for you because this you can't get this moment back and just i haven't
00:20:05even seen the visuals of me walking down the aisle i got pictures and moments of the walk i already
00:20:11know
00:20:11y'all gonna probably be crying when y'all see the wedding content because everybody was crying i was
00:20:16crying jeremy was crying the audience was crying everybody was crying it was so emotional but i
00:20:21gotta take y'all through everything so as y'all saw when i got there i was super excited about

00:20:27weather and how beautiful it was the bridal suite how beautiful it was i told y'all it was tea

00:20:32that bridal suite was everything um the chef did come before the chef got there um like i said having
00:20:39that bedroom up there was just chef's kiss because what a bedroom in the bridal suite i went
00:20:45downstairs to start trying to finish right because i stopped vlogging at one point like real early on
00:20:51because i just well first of all the copyright music was playing music and it just became super
00:20:56emotional real quick for me so when i came downstairs to finish writing my vows the night before
00:21:01i went to bed at like 11 p.m i already had my vows in my brain i just needed
00:21:06to put it on paper so i
00:21:08could make sure like i said exactly what i wanted to say and didn't miss anything and i had gotten
00:21:12through majority of it until i got to the dedication to the kids um and then i cried like a
00:21:18baby and i
00:21:19was like okay you want to go to sleep so i went to sleep woke up went to the venue
00:21:22and then after i
00:21:24got kind of settled got the girls changed got myself changed i said let me go by myself i went
00:21:28down the
00:21:29steps and said i gotta finish writing these vows so i tried to do that and i started crying like
00:21:34a baby
00:21:35y'all i had to text my best friend i was like girl bring me the tissue down here and
00:21:39she was like
00:21:39girl what's going on and i just told her it's my vows like maybe i gotta get this all out
00:21:45right now
00:21:46because when i walk in the aisle when i say my vows like i don't want to mess up my
00:21:50makeup i just
00:21:50kept saying i don't want to mess up my makeup i don't want to mess up my makeup like i
00:21:54like i don't
00:21:54want to be crying too hard like maybe a little tear but i don't want to mess up my makeup
00:21:59and um yeah so i finally got through the vows after crying like a baby before it took me an
00:22:03hour like i don't know how much of the vows they're going to edit into the video
00:22:10baby we're going to get to the vows in a second but anyways i don't know how much of it

00:22:14going to edit into the video or if y'all have seen or heard the vows by the point this

00:22:18is coming out but i finally got through the writing of it and then i went upstairs and everything
00:22:23was pretty much fine after that we you know was doing regular stuff to prepare for the wedding
00:22:29and then it started getting real the wedding started at four and my mom my um uh the girl's
00:22:39hairstylist also a family friend at this point because she's been on our lives forever she um came
00:22:45with my mom and she started doing the girl's hair um the girl's hairstylist she got there and she was
00:22:51doing hair then my team got there and i was still okay when my team got there my stylist gladys

00:22:58out to gladys absolutely ate with my hair ate with my hair like she was like i said i gotta
00:23:07give the
00:23:07shout outs i know your girl is not good with putting the names and all that stuff now on my

00:23:13everybody is already tagged so but i do want to give credit where credit is due because it was a
00:23:19beautiful like she did such a good job but most importantly when i tell you that makeup did not
00:23:26move she started my makeup maybe around 11 30 12 when i tell you my makeup did not move and
00:23:34i cried
00:23:34all day i could even cry when i got the reveal to see my makeup i started crying in like
00:23:41from that
00:23:41point on it was crying all day long and i didn't have a tear streak i gotta tell y'all
00:23:47other stuff that
00:23:48happened but we're gonna keep going through that but okay she did an amazing job highly recommend her
00:23:53and her and gladys were amazing i went off of gladys's recommendation because i did ask the
00:23:59hairstylist who does she recommend as a makeup because i knew they would be working together
00:24:04and i know like these stylists and uh beauty people you know work with certain people before so
00:24:11i was like um let me ask her like who does she like working with or who does she recommend
00:24:16because
00:24:17i'm pretty sure she'll know also sophiology what's her real name i don't even think i'll know
00:24:22but i'm gonna give her a shout out in this video because it was because of her idea her reel
00:24:29popped
00:24:30up on my feed three four days before the wedding and it was a one of her most recent reels

00:24:37getting her doing her makeup and then she went through her lashes and she kind of i think she said
00:24:41some of her footage deleted so she talked to her and go through what she had did like the ending

00:24:45of it so if you see that clip i'm gonna try to put the clip right here um but yeah

00:24:49yeah sorry y'all my footage got deleted or camera died or something happened but then she was like
00:24:54going through the products she used and those lashes that she had on and she was like i got
00:24:59eight ten ten and then she like be at the bottom i said those lashes look so beautiful i gotta

00:25:07them right now and i had already ordered my wedding lashes some other lashes that i've worn before
00:25:11so i was like or bought before because i bought them in the store um but i had to order

00:25:18i tried to find it on amazon i could not find it at first like it took me a couple
00:25:22of hours to i don't
00:25:23know why i was taking so long but because she said the name of it but it wasn't popping up

00:25:27was popping up for her and i think they had different versions and different whatever of it but i was
00:25:31like i gotta find that exact one i was finally able to find it and um i got primed so
00:25:35it was overnighted
00:25:36when i tell you and y'all can kind of still see the bottom a little bit because i was
00:25:40trying to pull
00:25:40the rest of them out the night of the wedding because i don't wear bottom lashes on a regular
00:25:43it was just like you know an event type of thing but when i say the makeup artist everybody was
00:25:50like
00:25:50this was the best addition to my makeup ever was adding those bottom lashes and the lashes brand that
00:25:57i went with was everything so i gotta give my shout out to sophiology because it was because of her
00:26:03that i ordered that brand so i'm gonna also share that brand with y'all i'm gonna share i'm not
00:26:07gonna get a key i'm not gonna get a key because baby those lashes these lashes are so freaking pretty
00:26:15great quality and they were cheaper than the brands i be buying in the store i said let me go
00:26:19as a matter of fact before this video come out i'm gonna order i mean four or five pairs before

00:26:23sell these things out but beautiful and it comes with a lot like i love it so anyways the only

00:26:30it didn't come with was the glue in there but i had another pack that already has like the glue
00:26:34from another brand and i like their glue so i just went with that glue um and so i did

00:26:41before and then my makeup artist did the bottom after she did my makeup but makeup did not move so
00:26:48shout out to you so after the makeup was done by that point photography also pause i also got to

00:26:55a major shout out to my entire bridal party but more specifically my maid of honors my sister and
00:27:02my best friend rebecca i do not know how i would have possibly been ever to get through this entire
00:27:06wedding experience i gotta get on their flowers let me tell you when you get married ladies you have
00:27:13it is from my experience one of the most important tags you can delegate is your maid of honor i
00:27:21had
00:27:21two but your maid of honor when i tell you i could cry right now of how amazing those girls
00:27:29were
00:27:29through this entire process like my sister plant that bridal shower to a t she spent money she was
00:27:37working double shifts like she already works for two different hospitals like and she was like pulling
00:27:42in extra hours just because anything needed to be paid for she didn't want me like it to follow me
00:27:48like she was like i'm gonna just take care of it like i'm gonna just y'all people go through
00:27:55things
00:27:55in life my sister went took it upon herself to make sure one of my bridesmaids was going through
00:28:02i'm not gonna name no names but y'all know this is relatable shit y'all know i'm relatable on

00:28:06channel one of my bridesmaids was going through something um throughout this process and she almost
00:28:11couldn't make it to the bridal um to the bachelorette trip and i was so devastated because i really
00:28:17i'm editing this vlog and i wanted to make sure i add in when my bridesmaid texted me and told
00:28:22me
00:28:22her situation i immediately told her i would pay for her flight no matter what and i text my sister
00:28:28to ask her how much the flight was what she told me how much the flight was and then i
00:28:33told her what
00:28:34was going on she booked the flight on her own like she she told me do not worry about it
00:28:39because of
00:28:40course my girls actually paid for my flight for me to be there and when i tried to send her
00:28:44the money
00:28:44she sent it right back to me and said no do not worry about it like i got this like
00:28:48that's the type
00:28:49of maid of honor i had her to be there like that's my girl and my sister took it upon
00:28:56herself to buy
00:28:57the thousand dollar flight for her and if that's not a maid of honor now i'm not saying like you
00:29:06know
00:29:06because some your maid of honor may not have it like that like i'm not saying but y'all get
00:29:10what i'm
00:29:10where i'm coming from my sister was working extra shifts just to make sure like whatever needed to
00:29:16be done to make me happy was done no questions asked like she hasn't called me and said hey you
00:29:22gonna give me that money back or nothing like she she paid for the venue for the bridal shower by
00:29:27herself and when i found out she did that and then she was like i'm about to pay for the
00:29:31chef and i
00:29:31said hold up now that's why we got a whole bridal party everybody has a bitch in what you talking
00:29:35about
00:29:35girl i was like sending invoice to everybody i split it up for the bridal shower like she was just
00:29:40ready to step up my best friend becca she paid for um one of my bridal uh bridesmaids like she
00:29:48had to
00:29:49pay for a few things during a bachelorette trip and just you know be a sisterhood and step up and
00:29:53support
00:29:53because sometimes you go through things in life i've been there i've been hard up and and and whatever
00:29:59and you know just hoping that someone comes comes through for me and i've always been able to rely
00:30:06on the same handful of people no matter what i was doing within life and just to have my maid
00:30:14of
00:30:14honors just be so honorable and just so just have so much humility for me because they did it because
00:30:22they wanted me to be happy like of course they have hearts of gold in general but they really
00:30:27wanted me to be happy so they stepped up with no excuses and they gave no excuses like my my
00:30:33other
00:30:34my best friend maid of honor she bought stuff for the bachelorette trip without asking the other girls
00:30:38to contribute like even when i was telling her like because mind you i was going through giving birth
00:30:42throughout this whole process and i would just i talked on the phone with her every day so sometimes
00:30:45i'll say stuff like oh i gotta get y'all gifts dang i didn't have an opportunity i'm just so
00:30:50tired
00:30:51i'm working i'm this i'm that whatever it is and she popped up to that bachelorette trip
00:30:57with gifts for everybody she bought the sweaters by herself the pajamas by herself all the gifts
00:31:03y'all saw she bought all that with her own money because i said i didn't even think she was
00:31:07gonna
00:31:07do that like just the intentionality she put behind it like planning the trip all the details like i love
00:31:14my maid of honors so much i really believe you gotta have the best maid don't just pick nobody you
00:31:21gotta really think this through i couldn't choose between my sister and my best friend they're both my
00:31:25sisters like i love them it's one that's just about blood and the other one is by choice and
00:31:29they're both my sisters equally i love them so much and i was like i think they would do good
00:31:33together because both of them are sweethearts but most importantly like i just feel like my sister had
00:31:38never like been in any wedding before she's been to a wedding but she's never been in a wedding
00:31:44um and she's also like never really planned like big stuff and i know my best friend she's also
00:31:49was a maid of honor to one of her other friends before and she's been a bridesmaid like twice
00:31:53so i thought she already had like wedding you know ideas or whatever and based off her career
00:32:01field like i just thought that they would work great together and they love each other like now
00:32:05they're sisters like like they share each other's locations like they're they're family now and i just
00:32:11could not have asked for better maid of honors and the day of my wedding of course like they stepped
00:32:16up no complaints because i was not a bridezilla i know some people may wonder like were you a bridezilla
00:32:21i would say i was a strict bride but i was not a bridezilla bridezilla to me is like someone
00:32:26who is
00:32:29like cussing everybody out snapping everybody and just being absolutely unreasonable or whatever
00:32:34unreasonable to an extent because when it's your wedding like everything's about what you want to
00:32:39do anyway so really how can you be unreasonable with your request unless you're like i don't know
00:32:44i guess unless you're like everybody has to have a five thousand dollar dress and just you know
00:32:49being unreasonable like that but i was a strict bride like i didn't go back and forth unfortunately with
00:32:54my bridal party about what i wanted it was really me as the only one making executive decisions and i
00:33:01said
00:33:01this is how i wanted to be done this is what i needed to look like everybody has to do
00:33:06it like this
00:33:07and everybody was willing to support and i love my bridal party for that um i just love my bridal
00:33:13party
00:33:13for that they know my personality and i always came from a loving place i didn't snap at nobody i

00:33:18said this is what i want ladies and everybody was willing to i don't want to say serve because i'm
00:33:23not god but you know you know in a way serve me and just be an amazing support to me

00:33:30of the wedding like i said um becca already had everybody like all the vendors who had to get in
00:33:37contact with me even on my wedding venue was absolutely mad i gotta give them their flowers separately
00:33:42but although they already had stuff in order becca had took it upon herself who all is coming let me
00:33:48get everybody's number the singer the saxophone musician because we had a live musician a singer
00:33:54and people who was bringing signs and this that and the third my makeup artist my hairstylist she got
00:33:59everybody's contact number and she's the one like hey contact me when you get here if you need help if
00:34:04you need directions my sister would go out there and meet them like i didn't have to think about
00:34:08these things my maid of honors just stepped up like they just stepped up like i just loved it
00:34:14like i loved it like i loved it loved it loved it so like i said they did an amazing

00:34:23excuse me um and then like i said everybody's getting their hair down makeup done our first videographer
00:34:30was from london he got there early he sculpted the scene and started doing his content our main
00:34:36team a a love experience shout out to them because y'all already know we had a hiccup in the
00:34:43midst of
00:34:43planning this wedding with the videographer that we hired kevin um took our money and we never heard
00:34:49from him again i could not move forward with any legal things at that point because he kept saying
00:34:55contractually um if we canceled on him before the wedding he doesn't have to give us any money back he
00:35:01has still not refunded me to this day for the baby shower to save the day or the engagement photos
00:35:06so i told him you think you're gonna show up to my wedding i don't think so but never heard
00:35:10from him
00:35:11again we will be moving forward with court but he did not show up at the wedding and we are
00:35:16out of
00:35:16that money for now um however a love experience of one of my friends which is parents are the best
00:35:22friends she's also getting married right now and y'all know my girl sasha love her down she already got
00:35:29married beautiful wedding beautiful experience supporting my sister um with her wedding and they were like
00:35:35hey you should use them so sasha already went through them and then whitney was going through
00:35:39them so both of them can vouch for them and now i can vouch for them a love experience shout
00:35:45out to
00:35:45y'all y'all did y'all's big one when i said they pulled up to their venue and when
00:35:51they came in there
00:35:52they were on it like they were cleaning the room do this do that everybody like they just knew what
00:35:59they
00:35:59were doing and i just and i think like although i am i want my money back but i know
00:36:05god probably
00:36:05had that happen because he knew that god could not have ever came close to doing what a love
00:36:11experience ever has done and i haven't seen the footage yet i'm just going based off the photos
00:36:15itself like i just knew they would not have done like they just would not have done um he would
00:36:22not
00:36:22have been able to do what they did like they were so good professional like the picture have y'all
00:36:28seen
00:36:28the pictures the pictures y'all the pictures were picturing and anyway so when they got there they
00:36:35that's when i was finishing up with my makeup and hair and they were filming and y'all start crying
00:36:39and then like they were like they just did an amazing job and then after that i couldn't stop crying
00:36:46y'all
00:36:46like as we got closer and closer and closer to me having to walk down the aisle the venue they
00:36:52had
00:36:52their walkie-talkies they had their earpieces like they were communicating with the boys suite like they
00:36:57were on it like they had food drinks for us i did hire a chef for the girls um because
00:37:04i just wanted
00:37:05to go out letting my my team everybody all the vendors the hairstylists the makeup artists photographers
00:37:10everybody there i i told i fed them because i was like i just want everybody to know i appreciate
00:37:15them with this experience and work hard right now work hard so i did feed them chef chrissy um my
00:37:23maid of honor rebecca was the one who hired her and dealt with everything i just paid the meal um
00:37:29but
00:37:29she based on rebecca she said she was professional and great and the food was great so i can give
00:37:34my
00:37:34opinion about the food because i ate the food i only ate a little bit of the food because not
00:37:38because i was
00:37:38nervous i'm not really a breakfast person for real for real so i didn't even eat until like right before
00:37:43they started my hair and makeup like like 11 ish and i just had like two pieces of the chicken
00:37:48like some of the stripping grits but everybody said the food was amazing so hire her if you need
00:37:54anything as well she did good oh yeah also the girls makeup artist ebony shout out to ebony because ebony
00:38:02she um she did the girls like usually i've been in multiple weddings and it's always two muas there
00:38:12with the bridal party to do their makeup and everybody was nervous like is she gonna be to do
00:38:18everybody makeup in the time frame i i when i was talking to her and interviewing her and i told
00:38:23her
00:38:23how many bridal members i had and i told her the time we had to be done and she said
00:38:27she could do it
00:38:27who am i to question her who am i to say you know what she did say if i wanted
00:38:30to get an assistant i
00:38:32can just pay an extra amount of money to get it but i was like can you do it and
00:38:36she said she could
00:38:36do it y'all not only did she do it i don't know how she was doing it so damn
00:38:40fast and made my girl
00:38:41so damn beautiful they already beautiful but you know what i'm saying like they looked amazing she
00:38:46was not rushing and she was done well before time here she i told her to go sit down and
00:38:50go make her
00:38:50a plate and then she still was done before time like ebony girl i like hands down she did an
00:38:57amazing
00:38:57job she was there on time right at 7 a.m super professional super sweet um love her as well
00:39:03um the girl's hairstylist y'all know she came the day before and i have her she she did my
00:39:09bachelorette
00:39:09hair which i don't know jeremy talked about something he loved that ponytail so much he thought my hair
00:39:15was gonna be like that for the wedding i'm like why do you think that what but anyway she did
00:39:20my hair
00:39:20for the bachelor for the bridal no but what did she do my hair for she did my hair for
00:39:27the baby shower i insert the picture and the bachelorette trip i'll insert the picture and
00:39:34then all the girls here for the wedding um well except for my sister and ariel so my sister had
00:39:39wanted a particular style and of course i wasn't gonna deny my sister like i said i had i wanted
00:39:44what
00:39:44i wanted but my sister did ask permission to get her hair styled a certain way and the stylist that
00:39:51i chose did not um come on now what the hell the stylist that i chose did not do that
00:39:58type of style
00:39:59so i said if you find a stylist with them doing that exact style send me their work because i
00:40:04need
00:40:04to see them doing that exact style because we ain't about to be doing no trial and error the day
00:40:09of
00:40:09my damn wedding so she found her stylist i approved that stylist so she got her hair done that's why
00:40:14her hair
00:40:14was like in an updo everybody else's was not um but it still turned out really good she looked
00:40:19beautiful as ever and then ariel also went to her own stylist she just had a preference to go to
00:40:25her
00:40:25own stylist so her hair was different as well but everybody else they got them hurt themselves done by
00:40:30the stylist that i chose and they look amazing she did an amazing job she also worked very fast she
00:40:37always slays with the ponytails and ashley had like the bun thing um perry had a bun thing and ashley
00:40:43sellers had a bun thing but the girls just look beautiful y'all like like i said i hired the
00:40:47best
00:40:48vendors so the way my window face i could literally see the venue like the ceremony from my bridal suite
00:40:56so i was looking out the window i had kind of saw the groomsmen like come out because i heard
00:41:01them
00:41:01on a walkie-talkie say we're about to start everybody started leaving y'all i'm up in there crying like
00:41:06a
00:41:06baby rebecca comes and comes back up there to try to comfort me and she making it worse because now
00:41:11she
00:41:11making me cry even more so i had to tell her leave my um dress designer jojo who also is
00:41:20a high school
00:41:20friend y'all she went to high school with us she was captain of the dance team and just as
00:41:24a refresher i
00:41:25was captain of the cheer team jeremy was captain of the basketball team so we're well endowed like we
00:41:28know each other very well um she was one of the first people i actually saw when i got to
00:41:33the school
00:41:33um which is so funny and ironic but she did my dress all my dresses girl everybody complimented me
00:41:41all night long about those dresses i love my wedding dresses she did an amazing job
00:41:46i love my bright bridesmaid's dresses and she also was nice enough to let the singer get a dress
00:41:54because the singer talia who did an amazing job y'all um she just when i went to go try
00:42:02on my
00:42:03dress um a couple of weeks ago i had brought up the singer and she was just like oh she
00:42:07can get a
00:42:08dress too and i was like what so yes i was like jojo super like that's my girl love her
00:42:16so much
00:42:17and i would definitely recommend you anybody who needs a dress for any special occasion jojo is the
00:42:23go-to like she is so professional her team is very nice um like they just did a really really
00:42:29good job
00:42:30we had hiccups with sizing and fitting and they made it work like even the night before the wedding
00:42:35her assistant because she was at another wedding but she paid her assistant to come to my house
00:42:40with my dress to fix my dress fix two or three of my bridesmaids dresses um and that's just the
00:42:49type
00:42:49of business like people were like services businesses nothing is ever going to be perfect in life but it's
00:42:54how you maneuver with your business is what people are going to remember and having someone come to my
00:42:59house like when i say hey my bride my one of my bridesmaids said this one of my bridesmaids said
00:43:04that i hadn't even tried on my second dress as a matter of fact so she was like well when
00:43:07i bring
00:43:08your second dress i'll bring those other dresses and get them fixed i'll have my assistant go out
00:43:12there to your home drive to my home to do it and that's exactly what she did like she came
00:43:17to my house
00:43:17and worked on those dresses all night to fix them and show back up with the dresses and we were
00:43:23good to
00:43:23go um super professional like i said i love her the y'all saw the material y'all saw the
00:43:29material i
00:43:30definitely got my money to work with that because those dresses i i want to keep them i'm not going
00:43:34to ever force the girls to like wear my wedding dresses like i want them to wear their own wedding
00:43:38dresses so i'm just like what do i do like do i but like my second dress i was like
00:43:43well maybe one
00:43:43of the girls may want to wear it like with their first prom i would like that the first dress
00:43:48is
00:43:48white so they're not wearing that's no prom but i don't know should i sell it to another bride i
00:43:53don't
00:43:53need it anymore and i'm like i don't want it to just sit in a closet collecting dust like i
00:43:57have
00:43:57the memories because of the pictures what did y'all do with your wedding dresses do you just keep it
00:44:01and i know it may be like emotional like years from now maybe my daughter's daughter may want to wear
00:44:06my
00:44:06wedding dress or something like that down the line so do i just keep it anticipating that or like what
00:44:11i do i'm gonna talk to jeremy about it as well he probably not gonna care because it's like
00:44:14whatever you want to do i'll do you know but you know that just kind of was you know kind
00:44:20of what i
00:44:20thought about was like do i just go keep this cooped up in the bag dust it or do i
00:44:24just go
00:44:25sell it right now to someone else because the material was amazing like she did an amazing job
00:44:30um and because i was i just gave birth i did not work out one day from the time i
00:44:36gave birth
00:44:36and i was like oh baby this stomach needs to and actually it was fine the week of the wedding
00:44:42but
00:44:42anyways i did say like i was a little nervous about my second dress she had already had a corset
00:44:48in
00:44:48my first dress but my second dress so she went to put a corset in there and just just a
00:44:53little
00:44:53those little things like that so i was like you know you could be looking fine from the front but
00:44:57when you turn to that side and you see that little over here you're like oh my gosh so i
00:45:00didn't want
00:45:01to have none of that because i know all eyes were gonna be on me all night the cameras was
00:45:04gonna be
00:45:05on on me we paid too damn much for our videography too much not too much like that in a
00:45:11bad way but we
00:45:11just paid a lot of money for that so i was like i don't want to look at my photos
00:45:15and not be happy
00:45:16or my videos and not be happy so she did at that corset and baby i was fine as wine
00:45:21all night long
00:45:22like i looked real good um so what else okay so the venue is is in it is in itself
00:45:30the cotton gin
00:45:31is the venue that i selected and when i say tens across the board the professionalism from start to
00:45:40finish of this process was out of this world now obviously i'm a first-time bride so i don't have
00:45:45anything else to compare this experience to but i will say i've also been in other weddings so i've
00:45:51been kind of behind the scenes now granted it's still not it's kind of a little biased because
00:45:55all the weddings i've been in have not been like an all-inclusive like they could have just paid for
00:46:00the wedding i don't know what my friends did i you know i don't really know especially the ones i
00:46:04was
00:46:05in like years and years ago the most recent one i kind of know what she did but either way
00:46:09it goes
00:46:10you know i did all-inclusive so it's a little different than you know you buy the venue and
00:46:15you got to get your own wedding planner your own shelf your own this your own that a lot of
00:46:18people
00:46:18do that to save money i was going back and forth about whether or not i wanted to talk prices
00:46:23with
00:46:24you guys well now that i shared the venue i'm pretty sure y'all can look it up on your
00:46:27own and
00:46:27figure out what y'all want to figure out because some people did dm me and ask me like what
00:46:31the prices
00:46:31were i'm not really one to like feel a type of way when people ask me numbers so i did
00:46:36in a dm i told the
00:46:37girl i don't know if she really cared like for real to get married i tried to look at her
00:46:41page
00:46:41her page was private like she was like i love the venue you use can you tell me the price
00:46:45i'm like
00:46:45they kind of you know seem reasonable but who knows who knows what she was like really just trying to
00:46:52figure out what we spent or you know had ill intentions but all in all
00:46:59but all in all um the wedding venue
00:47:05if you want to go to the wedding venue you look it up for yourself i just i guess i'll
00:47:09just opt out
00:47:10of saying the price because some people get real squeamish about like prices and then just do the
00:47:15most but to me i love when people just say the numbers because if i did feel like i was
00:47:21interested
00:47:21in it i would just want to cut out like even when i was switching to videography photography crew
00:47:27some people were recommending certain people to me when i was venting about the guy taking our money
00:47:31and now we got to spend and pay another deposit and all these other things and then like i was
00:47:36asking like some people had recommended one person and then i had said well what's the price what did
00:47:40you pay and then they didn't want to tell me and i'm like just tell me like what is the
00:47:45problem
00:47:45but then like i said a love experience i had when wit had sent it over i was like well
00:47:50can you tell
00:47:51me what the issue girl she just sent me the whole invoice i was like thank you like this is
00:47:54what i'm
00:47:54talking about because i just feel like it's easier to just talk numbers like it's just easier to talk
00:48:01that way i will say it was on a higher end of our price point list i've already shared that
00:48:07before
00:48:07we did kind of discuss a budget prior to now we did opt out of videography and photography
00:48:12with their package plan videography and photography everything comes with all inclusive everything
00:48:19there's nothing else you need to go out and do unless you want to add signs or some other little
00:48:23decorative pieces that you just personally want to do like we added signs i bought signs um and like our
00:48:30table chart thingy but other than that like it's really all inclusive but i looked over their
00:48:36videographers i looked over their photographers and i just wanted to go in a different direction so
00:48:40um at first it was only going like our first photographer was on the new team twice as much
00:48:48so not only did we lose the money that we already spent to pay the deposit for all those other
00:48:52things
00:48:53then we still had to pay twice as much but like i said i don't complain because this is exactly
00:48:57what i
00:48:57wanted and they just like all my friends everybody who's messaging me all of our family they keep
00:49:02saying girl your photography team they was not playing that day like everybody saw like how
00:49:08professional they were and they were trying to get the shots they were they were doing everything to
00:49:12capture every moment and do everything possible to make sure that you know we're going to have the
00:49:17best um visuals and pictures and all that stuff like literally i don't really get aggravated when i'm
00:49:24taking photos because i'm used to it like i've done several photo shoots but baby i even at one
00:49:28point was like oh lord are we done yet but when we got those photos back and it's so funny
00:49:33because
00:49:33the photo that i love the most that y'all saw is the first photo in that white we had
00:49:38taken so many
00:49:39photos at so many different locations of our venue and when we got to that area i was like i'm
00:49:43so tired
00:49:44we don't even gotta we don't even gotta take it over here and they was like we promised it was
00:49:47only
00:49:4720 more minutes we got three more things and i was me and jeremy looking at you like oh my
00:49:50gosh like
00:49:51but i was like let's suck it up let's suck it up so i sucked it up and we did
00:49:56it and when i got those
00:49:56photos like i was like oh my gosh thank god i sucked it up like they knew what they were
00:50:00doing like this
00:50:01is so beautiful and i cried again so yes um they just did an amazing job but yeah like i
00:50:06said the
00:50:06video was a little bit above budget it was only like 10k over like what we wanted to pay for
00:50:12a venue
00:50:12like it was 10k over that but like i said i can't i can't negate like they have a whole
00:50:22team of people
00:50:24who are delegated for every part of this process we there was nothing that they could have done
00:50:31differently how attentive they were to me as a bride like when i tell you they were literally at my
00:50:37like anything i wanted they it was like i didn't even have to like say hey can y'all do
00:50:41this like if i
00:50:42said like i have said at one point i was like hayley i think i left something in a bridal
00:50:46suite
00:50:46she was like i'm gonna go get it right now wonky talkie the bride has looked like it was like
00:50:51i
00:50:51didn't even have to do and i was about to just say hey i'm about to tell somebody else to
00:50:54go get it but
00:50:55she like they were all from the time we got there until the time i live like they made sure
00:51:02everything
00:51:02was taken care of like like they would come up like they were so beautiful like so sweet to me
00:51:07they were telling me how beautiful i was like they were just so sweet amazing they love my dress
00:51:13they was they were just they were also in awe because you couldn't do like choose how you want
00:51:18to decorate your wedding and colors and all those different things but they were just like from my
00:51:23dress to like every like other little things that i've done they were like there were so many things
00:51:27that people had not done before so they were just like really impressed with that with that and
00:51:31jeremy also said that too he complimented me because i had to keep that away from him
00:51:35that i also dipped into our little savings pot to go and hire professional singer and the live
00:51:41musician because he actually paid played four instruments salvation what is it that salvation
00:51:46sex he was amazing and he was affordable like i interviewed like two two or three people and when
00:51:52i got to him i wanted someone who has done weddings before because one i did i knew it was
00:51:57going to be in
00:51:58june and i said it's going to probably be hot outside and i need someone who has played those
00:52:02instruments and that heat reg like consistently so that or several times before in their life so
00:52:07that's not their first time because even if you play before it's different from playing in the ac
00:52:11than outside so i was very cognizant of every single person that i hire and move forward with
00:52:18because i wanted them to be wedding ready and wedding trained i didn't want to just bring somebody so
00:52:22keep that in mind you guys bring like hire people who are wedding trained because it makes such a world
00:52:27of a difference than people who are not and i'm not saying like another musician couldn't have figured it
00:52:32out but it was hot as hell out there and it was so hot that but the venue already like
00:52:37like i said
00:52:38they they know that like they do this for a living so they they had a whole water stand down
00:52:42there with
00:52:42nice cups and was giving my guest cups and fans and all this other stuff like and i had wanted
00:52:47to
00:52:48get like some fans and i was like oh i know it may be hot but it was raining so
00:52:52much it was gloomy all
00:52:53weeks and i'm like oh i forgot to order the fans but baby it was nice and bright that day
00:52:57and they had
00:52:58walked in and scored at the guest end to have like a cool area and then when i was close
00:53:01to like the
00:53:02time we was going down there like they definitely like i said gave cups like even when i was done
00:53:07with the ceremony they brought me cups they had golf carts to drive people down to like their seats
00:53:12and like they just were amazing like like i said those ladies they deserve everything that they get
00:53:18everybody loved our wedding venue i i can't tell you enough like i just can't tell you enough i y
00:53:26'all know
00:53:26i love farmhouse rustic all those things and that wedding venue was all of that like i said the
00:53:31footage has not come out so but of course i know what the venue was like but um so y
00:53:37'all haven't
00:53:37seen all of it yet i don't know if it's out by the time y'all are watching this but
00:53:41it was just such a
00:53:42beautiful rustic venue like even y'all seeing you walk down the thing like it was just so beautiful and
00:53:47they just they just did an amazing job who else do i need to thank so coming down the aisle
00:53:52y'all when i came
00:53:53out the first people that i saw were the kids and um the people who worked at the venue like
00:54:00they were
00:54:00shielding me because they just didn't want anybody to like if you look back um you can kind of see
00:54:06but there were doors up there it's kind of hard to explain but there's doors up there and everything
00:54:11could i kind of jeremy's tall as hell so i did kind of see the like a little bit tip
00:54:14of his head
00:54:15but then they moved me back like they they were like literally thinking of everything just to make sure
00:54:19it was my special moment but um yeah so they opened the doors my dad was right there at first
00:54:24so when i started the girls like because the girls and august were right there because the girls
00:54:29who went first i think august goes first to say the bride is coming the bride is coming with his
00:54:34little sign it says daddy your bride is here and then after that the girls come so journey went to
00:54:39go meet my mom with jolie and walk in the aisle with her as a flower girl um and then
00:54:43jaya and jory
00:54:45was gonna actually do the flowers and um y'all i was tearing up so like just seeing how beautiful
00:54:53they look and all of them were like jumping for me like the girls were jumping like mommy mommy you
00:54:58look so beautiful you look like a princess and august was like oh my gosh can you see you look
00:55:03so
00:55:03beautiful oh my gosh and telling me how much you love me like y'all august is very affectionate like
00:55:08he's very very affectionate so he could just kept telling me how much he loved me like and like i'm
00:55:14just
00:55:14literally like crying because i'm like oh my god and i'm like get the kids away because like i can't
00:55:19even take this luckily my um dress designer she i asked her to come and stand at the top with
00:55:24me to
00:55:24fluff my dress out because it was so big the way that many people offered to do it but i
00:55:28was like i
00:55:28prefer my stylist to do it but or my designer to do it because she made the dress so she
00:55:32knows exactly
00:55:32what to do and she had tissue on her so she gave it to my dad and was like let
00:55:37me make sure like
00:55:38just all the details of y'all when i tell you i i i didn't even take a step down
00:55:45the day when they
00:55:46opened their doors i didn't even take a step and the tears was falling down my dang line like i'm
00:55:51over here my dad was like baby keep it together keep it together and i'm like oh i don't want
00:55:55my face
00:55:56to be looking like coming down the aisle so i'm like trying to suck it back up y'all but
00:56:01the main reason
00:56:01why i started crying is because my singer talia now i did tell her like what the songs were now
00:56:08the song that i came down to aisle was by ruth and the vow never heard that song in my
00:56:13life everybody
00:56:14else came down and out to the goodness of god i know she already knew that song i still told
00:56:19her
00:56:20because i just didn't want no hiccups or too much pressure on her and she has a beautiful voice
00:56:24i put i put on my story uh to your yesterday how i even found her on instagram but she
00:56:30had did a
00:56:31cover to die on the hill or yeah that's the song down the hill and i saw her do that
00:56:35cover it just
00:56:36popped up on my store page and when i tell you i looked at that video like 10 15 times
00:56:40and i was
00:56:40like wow her voice is amazing and by the grace of god i clicked her page and it said chicago
00:56:46slash
00:56:46atlanta and that means she was in atlanta right now and i was like hey are you in atlanta i
00:56:50would
00:56:50love for you to do our wedding and she agreed and she was such the sweetest girl ever she's only
00:56:5422
00:56:54her and her manager so professional so beautiful like everybody was just so beautiful and so nice
00:57:00but yeah so amazing so she sings professionally like she's sang for celebrities and different
00:57:06things that's her story to tell but she has sang for celebrities and minute videos and like she
00:57:10was head choir at clark she actually sang at the graduation so some people if you from clark or the
00:57:15auc and saw that um but yeah so anyways i knew she knew goodness of god so but i told
00:57:23her that song is
00:57:24so long and i knew from the aisle they will probably get through that entire song which they did like
00:57:29actually they had already come like the song was over and they still needed more song but
00:57:35she the she sang the song by herself she didn't even like they just had the beat of the song
00:57:41like or whatever it's called yeah like the beat of the song they didn't have cc winings with the
00:57:46words so she sang it by herself and i tell you when i was when the girls came when i
00:57:51came out and saw
00:57:51the kids and all this other stuff i heard her singing it and i was like damn like like it
00:57:55made me feel
00:57:56like so honored that i chose someone who would take the extra initiative to really learn because
00:58:02i know she said she know it but i don't know if she knew every beat every harmony every this
00:58:06every
00:58:06day but she did everything by herself which i told her she didn't have to and that's a 10 minute
00:58:10song
00:58:10y'all and then she had to go like 12 minutes because she was the song was over by the
00:58:15time
00:58:15august was about to stay here comes the bride but she kept harmonizing y'all and getting together and it
00:58:19was just like i know what i'm doing and she did know what she was doing she did an amazing
00:58:22job
00:58:23but never in my wildest dreams that i know she was going to memorize the vow because she did not
00:58:28hurt she's never heard of that song and she knew that song so as soon as the door opened and
00:58:33i realized
00:58:34like she's singing this song like it just made me so emotional because that was not the song i was
00:58:38walking down the aisle two for one i had i was going to walk down to can you stand the
00:58:42rain by
00:58:44i can't remember who's singing can you stand the rain y'all know the song but jeremy at one point
00:58:49like
00:58:49when we first started planning the wedding he said he didn't want me to walk down the aisle to that
00:58:53song and he didn't dislike the song but it kind of stuck with me so the friends and family actually
00:58:58walked down to that song like when the friends came out i just let them walk down to that song
00:59:02and i had chose a gospel song for me to walk out to and that was like i had that
00:59:07was going to be it
00:59:07and that was it for like months literally a month or two ago i was on tiktok because so much
00:59:13wedding stuff comes up on my feed and there's this guy who plays the violin and um so he does
00:59:21a lot of
00:59:21clips of imagine yourself walking out and then they like play the song and like say doors open five
00:59:26four three two one bride i mean bridesmaids that are like they kind of like play out the visual for
00:59:32you so he has a lot of that on his page and then randomly the vow so it says imagine
00:59:36you you walking
00:59:37down and out to this and when i heard those words i broke down every word of that song is
00:59:43how i feel

01:01:15not want to do vows out loud because he's actually very shy and he had did a speech for proposing

01:01:21me and he didn't do the whole speech like if y'all saw a proposal video he just asked me

01:01:26like literally i walked down and he just said will you be mrs postel and later on when we were
01:01:30talking
01:01:30about it he said he actually did prepare to do a speech and he had planned the speech rehearsed
01:01:35the speech but when he got out there he just got too shy in front of everybody so when i

01:01:40like public vows clearly we already married so we did do vows at that but we just recited the vows
01:01:44that they gave us because i said well let's just save our real vows for like our wedding so we

01:01:48have something special to share with our friends and family and he agreed and then as we got closer he
01:01:52started getting nervous and was like i don't think i want to do it no more blah blah but he

01:01:57pushing through y'all and when i tell you it was beyond anything i could have imagined i knew he
01:02:04was going to say something beautiful when he did figure it out but his shout out to his groomsmen as

01:02:52friends love me down so they were crying jeremy did his vows but of course he was nervous but one

01:03:05diesel i think i said d'angelo and diesel i meant to say the best man were alex and diesel

01:03:09did say that but anyways um he was just like bro just speak to her speak from your heart he's

01:03:14saying his vows i'm crying like like i'm trying to keep it together and of course my vows and then
01:03:21everybody goes crazy because i gave a dedication to the girls and then i also said something
01:03:25to august and everybody was just like wow that was just so beautiful to include him
01:03:30and yeah and then we left and went out to start doing our pictures and videos and like i said

01:03:37came back in did our entrance and like i said his groomsmen were amazing because i forgot the girl's
01:03:42sign they say introducing the pastels was a 300 sign and their little glow sticks um that they were
01:03:48supposed to hold i still to this moment don't know what the freaking glow sticks are i didn't
01:03:51see them in a whole week up until the wedding and cannot find them at this point but they went
01:03:56back
01:03:56to our house after they did their speeches to go do the introducing mr and mrs postel sign because i
01:04:01was like complaining about it i was like i can't believe i left that sign like this is like i'm
01:04:05so
01:04:05mad jim was like well maybe we could throw something at the house and use this i said we'll be
01:04:08gonna throw it the house babe but they left and went to go get that sign just to make me

01:04:21when we were doing rings i of course bought jeremy's ring and all i needed was a wedding band which

01:04:27told him which wedding band i wanted so i was pretty like hip to what wedding band i was gonna

01:04:32when i gave her so jeremy i was getting there first and hayley already said i was gonna get there
01:04:37so i just
01:04:38bring the rings with me and then bring the vow books and whatever so i had my vow book jeremy

01:04:42had his vow book because he still wasn't done writing his vows and i had the rings of course
01:04:46but jeremy was like don't open up the ring box just give it to her blah blah blah so i'm
01:04:49just like okay
01:04:49whatever it's not that big of a deal so hayley gets the ring box opens the ring box and was

01:04:54oh are you um gonna wear your engagement ring so i'm like i already got my engagement ring on it

01:04:59jeremy went and got my ring fixed the week before the wedding because it it had a diamond it fell

01:05:04so i'm not thinking nothing of it i'm just like i have my engagement ring on and she was just
01:05:08like oh and i
01:05:09said i don't know anything about the box all i know is my wedding band is in there and jeremy's
01:05:13ring is in the other box because it couldn't fit in there and she was like got it and then
01:05:17she just
01:05:17left next thing you know right before i walk right before they walk me to escort me to go and
01:05:22walk
01:05:22down the aisle hayley comes back up there and gives me this wedding band and she said hey so i'm
01:05:27actually
01:05:28really nervous for him to give you the wedding band down there because there's holes and the little
01:05:33thing like little like the way the platform has like cracks in it like it's made correct not like it's
01:05:38broken or nothing but like cracks in it and i don't want it to fall off so what i was
01:05:42thinking
01:05:42was jeremy when we were when i was looking at wedding bands jeremy kept saying he wanted me to
01:05:46have two wedding bands like he was like i want you to have the one that goes from the bottom
01:05:49to the
01:05:50top and i kept telling him my ring is so small i mean my finger is so dainty i don't
01:05:54think i need
01:05:55all that so i started thinking she brought the so she brings the wedding band back and was like so
01:05:59when he puts the ring on because they practice like you put it halfway say the vows and then push
01:06:03it
01:06:03all the way down so i was like you know what jeremy probably went and got that other day on
01:06:07wedding band
01:06:07i know he did because he just really kept talking about he wanted me to have two wedding bands
01:06:10and i told him i was okay with it so y'all not only did he give me another wedding
01:06:16band my man actually
01:06:18went and bought the ring that i love so the first ring that i have the engagement ring y'all
01:06:25already
01:06:26know the backstory behind it when the the jeweler was making the ring he did not do the right size
01:06:30because jeremy told him the ring design that i wanted he did not do that he gave me a circle
01:06:35round
01:06:35which i didn't complain about he didn't engrave it and then it wasn't done in time all those things
01:06:40that kept going and then a diamond fell out so it was just so much stuff going back and forth
01:06:43but
01:06:44when we was going wedding band shopping when i showed him one of the rings i did see this style
01:06:50of an engagement ring and i said see that ring is just still so beautiful at a whole nother place
01:06:55because we had went wedding band shopping in so many different stores over the time but i had told
01:06:59him like i had pulled it up and i said see i said so whenever you upgrade my ring i
01:07:03know in a couple
01:07:03of years like that's the exact one like that's the exact style that i want so when we did that
01:07:09that
01:07:09was in florida because remember we went and looked at wedding rings in florida that's when that happened
01:07:13fast forward when he went he decided he wanted to just go ahead and get me an upgrade my ring
01:07:19and
01:07:19just give me exactly what i wanted we have been married for almost a year in august like it's june
01:07:24now
01:07:25so he was just so in front of our friends and family he did give me the new ring you
01:07:29guys and it is
01:07:31beautiful and it came with a wedding man so he got his way and now i got two wedding bands
01:07:36and it
01:07:36actually looks good it actually looks good but this is the exact style of ring that i wanted so i'm
01:07:42just
01:07:42so happy and just like it was just the best day ever like it i couldn't believe it like i
01:07:47said the
01:07:48vow everything he did was just so beautiful he looked so fucking fine doing it and saying all those
01:07:52things to me i was like damn i got me a good man like i'm just so grateful i'm so

01:07:58happy and like i said we went and took pictures videos then we did the speeches we came back out
01:08:04his friends did go get the signs on our switch dresses to that that sexy little second dress
01:08:08y'all saw um we they did bring the signs at that point and then yeah we had a great
01:08:13night so that
