00:07what is the fastest way to combine date and time together well you have one simple formula to learn
00:14you're going to say equal some open parenthesis and you basically highlight the date and time
00:19like that close parenthesis and hit enter this will present you only date now to put a time
00:26component select the cell press ctrl 1 to open cell formatting in here you're going to select custom
00:32and then you're going to go ahead and remove the c state component from your custom formatting here
00:37and i'm going to say comma and we're going to add the time portion of the formatting here basically
00:44saying hh to indicate hour colon mm to indicate minutes you can see a sample of what it looks like
00:50right at the top here after that you're going to click ok now you can see it's got date component
00:56and the time component now to apply the same formula and the cell formatting to the rest of the row
01:02simply double click on this fill handle here like this and then you're done
