Burnham to 'build an inclusive team at highest level'

Labour's Andy Burnham says whilst the political direction he sets is "not up for negotiation", he will "build an inclusive team at the very highest level". He goes on to say that he will "not announce those decisions on appointments until the end of [the] process", a remark which makes the crowd in front of him laugh. Report by Patelr.
